I just had the strangest experience at this Burger King on Gregory Avenue in Passaic. My daughter and I went through the drive-thru and since she was going to her house we asked for two separate orders. We each were ordering Whopper meals so it wasn't like the orders were big or anything fancy. The woman who took our order practically had a meltdown. She said, it's not our policy to take more than one separate order at the drive-thru you have to go inside if you want to place more than one order. I said ma'am there are two of us and we are going to two separate places so we want two orders. She said, wait a minute oh, then she came back to the window and said okay I will do it this time only. We both thought this was strange because we had been to many other restaurant drive-thrus including Burger King and never had this issue but we laughed it off and we got to the window and pay for our order. Much to our surprise the woman, she might have been a manager or something came to the window again 2 call guys instead I'm telling you I will not do this for you again we cannot take more than one order per car at the drive I am not going to do this for you again. So I said to her okay ma'am you won't have to, because I will not be coming back. She turned around very rudely said okay good thank you. I never thought that I would encounter such a miserable person this close to Christmas. The drive-thru had no other cars in it, and our orders were quite small. So her behavior was...

Redeemed one of the offer code from mobile and gave it to cashier and he says it is invalid. Then I proceed with ordering using mobile order and guess what order goes thru. I asked the staff member why did not code work and off course they had no clue. Also, app seem like did not wanted to accept my master card. I entered visa card simply went thru.

Like this comment if you placed the order from mobile/online and choose drive-thru option and you were asked to come inside when picking up.
Do not place mobile order at this location - some of your food won't even show up on their end specially with redeeming free offers. which I wonder if these things are legit or just a gimmick to grab customers attention.
This is really good place or was a good place. Service are getting horrible. Today I placed order from mobile 3jr chicken sandwich with one 1 free vanilla ice cream free offer showed up with minium of 1 dollar purchase. So I placed the order - drive thru pick up and of course I was called inside to pick up. When I got inside lady at counter tells me she received only 3jr chicken sandwich nothing else. I showed her bill on my app recent order, she kept on insisting stating nothing she can do about it. Rather then taking action and reporting this issue kept on avoiding me.
Suggestion to all: just go inside and place order at register simple as that...
Read moreBurger King Passaic is one of those hit or miss stores in the chain. At times this store can be most expeditious in their service. However, at other times it can be a case of "Get your antacids and aspirin ready"; it can be a stomach churning headache, and that's BEFORE or WHILE PLACING your order and before you have even had your first bite. I have learned a few tricks to getting my order better done in this store. Primary one is "Keep your order simple". Don't go off wildly on ingredient specific orders. (Yes I realize they're supposed to get your order right, but a place as egregiously understaffed as this store, will leave the food preparation staff overwhelmed and that's where the screwups begin). So keep it short and simple, and above all, come in during light off peak business hours. This will facilitate your enjoyment. One of the employees here (I believe she is a special adult) is an absolute joy. She always serves with a smile, and never fails to bring about a smile. I don't know her name, but I consider her to be top notch in her delegation of her duties. I appreciate her. One more thing about this Burger King which has nothing to do with the performance of the store, can be found in the south east corner of the parking lot facing the Gregory Avenue Bridge, where a commemorative plaque honoring Revolutionary War hero Lord Stirling...
