I placed an online order and was unable to make all modifications on my order because the online app does not allow you to do so. When I arrived in the drive through to pick up my order, I told the person that I had modifications since there wasn’t a place for me to do them online. She said ok and then a guy “so called manager” interrupted and came on the intercom to let me know that if I needed to make any modifications that I needed to come inside or call prior to picking up my order. I told him that no Taco Bell or place will talk to a customer in that manner and there was no need of being rude. Instead of him listening to me he kept cutting my off. I went inside to get my food since apparently that’s what I had to do. Inside the store he was also rude, constantly cutting me off. I asked him for his name and he wouldn’t give it to me. First of all if you’re a manager then you should AKWAYS provide your name. Secondly he knew he wasnt in the right and therefore wouldn’t provide his name. I always have problems at this Taco Bell. The food is standard Taco Bell fare, nothing really outstanding, but getting it can be a bit of an adventure sometimes, as the drive through lines can take forever at times. The inside service can be a bit interminable at times as well, with what little non preparational staff occasionally overwhelmed, with seemingly preferential treatment given to the drive through, at inside customers' expense. Sometimes, just getting a couple of items from the kiosk can take nearly five minutes the time you finish your order and submit it, to the time you actually get to pay for it. I’ve noticed and gone back to get said items but they shouldn’t be missing in the first place. They also prioritize their drive-thru which leads to a line of people waiting at the register to order or pay.
