I contacted the store on Monday and dealt with Keidy, the manager. She was GREAT. Very nice to talk to and responsive. Ordered the couch, sent the deposit, agreed on delivery date and time. I asked for weekend delivery but agreed to today since they were going to be doing other deliveries in NY. I arranged for a family member to be there and wait because I work in the city during the day. Delivery window was 10 am - 12 noon give or take. I was promised to be the first delivery.

At 11:55 a.m. I still had not been contacted by ANYONE. I was told I would receive a call from the driver 30 mins prior. I called the store and was told the following: The driver did not see the note on the invoice about my PROMISED delivery time. Ok, human error. I was then told that the driver was on his way to JERSEY CITY, NEW JERSEY. I live in Westchester!!! Then I found out that the new delivery time was 3:00 p.m. I had my family member wait! I said "maam, please don't say that if that's not the real time because MY FAMILY MEMBER IS WAITING."

At 2:00 p.m., I call the store to make sure it is still 3:00 p.m. Another nice young lady answered the phone and spoke to the driver. The driver then called me and says 3:30 ETA because of traffic. At 3:00, I ask the driver for his ETA. He says "I am finishing up something. I'll be to you in another hour." The time is 3:05 p.m. WHAT. WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE???? Why was nobody communicating with me? I had to continuously initiate contact. This couch wasn't cheap. My total was over $1,100.

The owner's UNACCEPTABLE response was NOTHING AT ALL. The owner never attempted to speak with me directly, reduce the cost of delivery ($180) and told the manager to tell me "He got me next time". RIDICULOUS. There won't be a next time. I hope the owner sees this review and develops better CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I will be reposting this review on other platforms. The owner should be ashamed. Clearly it’s about the $.

To the owner: it’s about the principle of customer service and you should have attempted to monetarily compensate me, even a little, for not fulfilling the terms of our contract. And NO, I won’t delete this review especially if I am not contacted.

Yes, I paid in full. THE COUCH WAS DELIVERED AT 4:30 p.m. Four hours and 30 mins late....

I do not recommend this place to anybody. I purchased a couch six days ago, and while it appeared fine initially, I noticed the next day that it began to sink. I immediately contacted the merchant, who assured me they would follow up, but I received no response. The following day, I saw the fabric starting to come apart, so I took a video and sent it to the merchant, but again, there was no reply.

When I finally reached someone, they promised to send a technician to inspect the couch and, if needed, repair or replace it. However, when the delivery team arrived, they didn't address my concerns. After showing them the issues, they simply reported back to their boss, who told them to leave without taking any action. My attempts to contact the owner after this went unanswered.

Feeling frustrated, I visited the store in person. The owner completely changed his stance and refused to replace or repair the couch, claiming it would result in a financial loss for him. While I understand that businesses have expenses, a product that is this expensive should last far longer than a week.

To make matters worse, the couch not only failed within days, but it also turned out to have improper cushioning-it's just boxes stuffed inside instead of proper support. I've attached pictures as evidence of the condition of the couch. I wish i could...

Guys pay attention please,my wife and I couldn’t believe the prices for all the items we picked ,,we only needed a bed and mattress but we ended up buying 3 full styled bed rooms with a nice living room set plus some nice things here and there,,good product,best prices,very nice people to deal with ( Sam is awesome )and surprisingly they delivered all the following day as promised,it was a really good and worthy experience...
