I stumbled to Iker after several extremely high quotes for flooring installation. Contacted them and Alberto was prompt in his replies and we made an appointment to meet. I explained to him what I wanted done and he suggested a floor from his supplier but I wanted a different color. I decided to purchase my own flooring and Alberto was fine with doing the removal and installation.

During the installation Alberto and Justin were careful not to damage my freshly painted walls and both were extremely professional.

Alberto paid attention to the small details in the installation and that’s one of the main reason why I am so happy with the work he did. Another plus is the price, he was in the range of what I wanted to spend. He also did the removal and installation in two days (approximately 600 sqft). Lastly, he went above and beyond by putting new baseboard in my kitchen which was not part of the contracted job.

I will definitely recommend Alberto to anyone who wants flooring installed and I’m thinking of calling him back to install vinyl on the stair leading to the basement and even discussing options for floor installation in...

It has been one month since Alberto and his team at Iker Flooring did our floors. My wife and I could not be more happy about our beautiful floors today.

Initial Problem: We had 3 bedrooms with old laminate flooring. The rest of the house which consisted of a large hallway, living room, dining area, and kitchen had old jacked up looking hardwood flooring.

Solution: Alberto ordered and installed natural hardwood flooring for the bedrooms. After the bedroom hardwood flooring was installed, Alberto and team refinished them to a walnut type stain color. Alberto then stripped and refinished the rest of the house to the same stain color as the bedrooms.

The result was beautiful new and refinished hardwood flooring throughout our entire house.

The Iker team was nothing but professional and respectful throughout the project. We highly recommend them --- no complaints of price, product, service, or workmanship.

After stripping the carpet and realizing that it will take more than my DIY skills to do the project properly I started reaching out to contractors.

Alberto came prepared, on time, talked about what needed to be done and why, and unlike everyone else pointed out that we have asbestos tiles that must be removed.

His team completed project on time, with great attention to detail. They replaced the treads, risers, and tiles. Fit and finish are excellent, and staircase is completely silent.

They also took great care to isolate the work area and clean up after they were done.

Overall great experience and most importantly money well spent!!
