Hawaii Express — Restaurant in Passaic

The best Chinese take out restaurant I’ve ever had in my 30 years of living !! The food is so flavorful and you can tell they season it ahead of time. The previous reviews were of hateful people many years ago. This place is super clean in the sitting area and cooking area. The oil was clean and their sanitation standards exceed expectations! I’m Peruvian and this pollo a la brasa is better than any pollo a la brasa I’ve had in Paterson , Passaic , Clifton , and everywhere else . I’m so happy I came. I had the crab ragoons that were also the best I’ve ever had. They actually were flavorful and had a lot of filling. Lomein 10/10 and that arroz Moro accompanied by the pollo a la brasa was ADICTIVE . The owners are so pleasant and have great customer service. You can tell they care about their customers.
