Don't know what's going on with McDonald's and simple orders. I ordered the 2/3.99 spicy mcchicken and nuggets and a side order of medium fries. This McDonald's had 2 windows where they were pushing each passenger up to the next window which didn't have any workers at the window but the expectation was that when my order was ready, someone would walk up and hand it to me so I could drive back 2 hours to PA.
I WAITED and waited and waited and seeing multiple clients get their food behind me at the first window, I honked a few times to ensure they didn't forget my order.
After 10 minutes of waiting, I parked and went inside. I asked one of the 4 managers in the store to help me get a refund because apparently they had given my food to someone else. A manager named Angel, who was an actual malevolent individual who made me wait 10 minutes and it wasn't until a female Latina worker who felt sorry for me as she knew what had happened helped me by bringing my refund.
It was $2 extra, which I returned, thanked her, and went to a Wendy's before jumping on the highway.

(under the nose, in the chin ,or even not on)My order was incomplete, the juice for the happy meal was missing, they couldn't give me more barbecue sauce because they had give me two for 20 nuggets. OMG! my coffees, both coffees without sugar, milk, only warm coffee. Not counting the cold big Mac, badly done. the only good thing was the hot, fresh fries, not counting that the ketchup shone by its absence. The napkins was a missing item. As I walked out of the store I saw how the employees did not take serious their job, they do not use the protocols recommended by the CDC to prevent the spreading of COVID. They are located in a risk zone, as Clifton and Passaic have many cases of COVID. Sad to say because they located near route 21,it is easy and convenient, but their employees have to improve their way of serving, and preparing food. Please to the manager and owner take care of the restaurant, because is clean, and plenty of parking, but some employees are the rotten apples that damage...
Read moreStopped by McDonald’s on Dayton Ave this morning as I do from time to time before coming to work for a Caramel Frappe and the gal (skinny with partly purple colored hair) that processes payment at Drive Thru window puts out the credit card processor but as I am about to insert my debit card for payment she says, “you can tap it.” I continued by inserting my debit card and then she says, “I guess you don’t speak English.” I processed in my head for 10 seconds her comment and then I responded to her comment, “the tap feature with my debit card sometimes works and sometimes it doesn’t as I have tried it before here, dumba**.”
A comment like the one above is regarded as prejudice or racist but I’ll let the appropriate parties due...
