Sarita's — Restaurant in Passaic

Went to this restaurant Friday night and was the worst place I've ever been to for a meal and a drink. First I'll start off by saying that they're serving low level drinks and selling as top shelf ,Second thing i witnessed was the the owner who happens to be a lady seemed to be drunk and was screaming at a waitress and went as far as pushing her not caring that there were people at the restaurant but not to say that that was the worse thing, her actions towards her employee was by far unacceptable.The poor waitress cried so deeply and was so hurt by this ladies actions and she (the owner) showed no remorse and just kept screaming and pushing the waitress. She then walked out crying so hard and she had that look of disbelief on her face. That was so not cool and I'm surprised they didn't call the police because the owner of that restaurant deserved to get arrested for her actions that night. I emmediately left and saw her outside still crying calling someone to pick her up.I asked her if she needed help and why not call the police and her response was that she didn't want to deal with law enforcement and courts so she'd rather walk away, she also mentioned that the owner had previously slapped another employee a couple of weeks before that incident. Visited this location for karaoke and drinks with friends. From the moment I sat at the table, I asked the waitress how much a bucket of beer was, she said $40 for 6 beers. I requested a bucket, and while I looked at the menu, it read that beers were $6 each. I asked the waitress why the bucket was $40 for 6 and not the $36 it would normally cost, her response was that “the price is what it is” (in Spanish). My group finished the bucket and we continued ordering individual beers, which totaled to another 6 beers. She charged us another $40 for 6 individual beers, because according to her “it was another bucket”. She couldn’t answer what the additional $4 for each bucket was for. Service was slow and when time to pay came by, she stated “you can only pay cash because my system is down”. I had to walk 2 blocks away to the closest ATM because all the local stores around with ATM’s were closed at 1am.

Couldnt give this no stars, i ordered online for pickup, paid and tipped $43.41, got confirmation that they received my order and that it would be ready in 20-30 mins. Got to the restaurant and one of the girls looked confused when i told her i had ordered online. She asked which app we ordered from and still looked confused but asked me whether i had already paid and asked what i had ordered, wrote it down and walked away. I left the restaurant to go wait in my car, went back after 20 mins and my food was still not ready!!!!! I then spoke to the manager, who told me they never received the order and that she couldn't help me. Said to me "that's why you should of called the restaurant to place your order". Horrible place, overpriced food and they steal. Don't come to this place, it's not the only mexican...
