White Castle — Restaurant in Paterson

I don't know what white castle the prior reviews came from but it certainly wasn't the one in Paterson on Broadway and straight st i always get the nasty don't want to be at work couldn't get laid the night before or the morning of my shift because it's never pleasant.. first off the employees never understand English my order has to always be returned and my food is always warm as uf it was just sitting around waiting for a buyer i returned several times hoping that maybe just maybe the service would improve unfortunately that never happened i enjoy white castles food so i wanted to give then the benefit of the doubt.. my last experience with them was this: i ordered 2 egg and bacon on toast i opened my food only to find that one of my sandwich was made with one end bread and one regular slice of bread i took it back to the counter only to be told that giving end bread to customers is the normal protocol a they wouldn't change it instead i was given a refund i said ok ill be ok with the internet sandwich which didn't have an end bread instead neither slice was toasted.. i was livid i just left the food on the table and walked out. Maybe those that stand outside asking for change would enjoy it more than i would.. and i went across the street to the chicken store were i was treated more like a paying customer.. oh and yes my Ford order was correct and i enjoyed the meal greatly.. so cudos do those that patron this business and enjoy it.. because i certainly didn't.. i guess it's Clifton...

Idk who was workin there tonight at 12am but if it wasn't the most disgusting food I ever had! I got mozz sticks, they forgot the marinara which was all good it happens. But then I bit into my 1921 slider and my brain was like ALERT ALERT i tasted something rotten and slimy. I pull out a long tendril of liquified, dark-green to black old lettuce. The leaf had almost no green at all, with mottled black spots on em, some of them had holes where it liquified and just turned to slime over the ENTIRE leaf. Not possible to even miss it since the leaf was so huge on teh burger, you could just see black slime oozing around the whole burger, and then this red paste was squished out the edges which i found out was a mushy old tomato with black rotten spots inside of it. Look at the photo! I almost vomited on the spot. The 2nd slider was the same. Idk what i did to these people but I will legit never order white castle again for the rest of my life. Wendys and...

My family and I enjoy White Castle and appreciate the value and consistency. We always know what to expect at the Castle and it is always a lot of fun.

I wanted to recognize a really special employee at the Paterson location that made our Valentine's experience really special. If you've never been to WC on Valentine's Day, you've got to go. Table cloths, flowers, candle light, music; it is simply magical.

This year we marked our 10th year of enjoying our Valentine's dinner at White Castle by travelling to the Paterson, NJ location. We had a wonderful experience due, in large part, to Mr. Zamir Sparks. He was fun, attentive, energetic, and exceptionally personable. Quite simply, he made us feel great and made our Valentine's Day really special.
