Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Paterson

Had a huge problem with my delivery driver. Not only was it well over an hour and a half after making an online order that my wife went there and asked about our order, one of the workers claimed that it was out for delivery so my wife came home. 40 minutes later still NOTHING!! I called more times than I can count and no one picked up the phone i eventually decided to god there myself and apparently my order was never sent out bc it was just packaged as I was arriving there! I was fuming!!!! After speaking with the manager (seemed like a decent dude) he told me my next order will be on the house. In the end the pizza was as good as always so only for that and my next order being free am I giving...

They're all rip off! So I had savings that was added to my order when I ordered online. So my total came up to $31.94. When the delivery guy got to my house he said the total was $39.51. So I called the resturant and the guy on the phone says. Oh the online was incorrect, he doesn't know why it would say that! Mind you I've never had any problems before with my deals. Only issue I ever had was the tipping part because they try to get extra tips for the driver when it clearly says delivery included in the order. So why is it that I have to tip again when my food arrives?! I wish I could post my receipt. I'll never order from them again. You've loss a valuable...

Papa johns in Paterson NJ is a joke !!!....They have poor communication skills. I had placed an order at approximately at 3:40pm on 7/30/16 and called them to see why I haven't receive my order at 4:58pm. So at this time the Rep.has informed me that the driver has just walking out of the facility with my order. This is ridiculous I have obviously waited over 30-40mins for my order to be delivered. At this point I'm disgusted with this company and ended up cancelling my order. Word of advice if you want your pizza to arrive at least within 30-40mins of wait time I suggest you to order your pizza from...
