Original review, 2018: Great pizza and salads at a great price!

Update, 2024: I've been loyally coming here for pizza all these years and no other place in the area tops this quality imo. If you like crunchy, balanced, fresh pizza this is the place to go. Upon reading some of the other reviews, the number 1 complaint I see is the service - and I do see their point about the staff being short and prompt, but there's only like 2 guys that work here, they are immigrants and it's a literal hole-in-the-wall mom & pop shop. These kinds of places have always had the best, most authentic food in my experience, but customer service is not their forte because they are not trained for that. But also, who cares?? They are not being rude, they just are not being overly courteous like we are used to from these chain or more established restaurants. It's also important to keep in mind that this shop is popular and they are always busy so if they pick up the phone and just want to get your order asap, don't take it personally.

Side story; a few weeks ago we had a company event and ordered 10 pizzas from them which they had to get done and delivered to two different locations all within an hour. They managed to get it done and the pizzas were...

I've ordered pizza and wings here three times now. The first time I went for takeout, the food was quite good. I don't know why but it's been a steady decline in quality culminating with the pizza and BBQ wings I had delivered. I hate leaving bad reviews but I had to this time because the food was just awful. I have no idea what they use for the BBQ sauce but the taste was awful. The wings were crispy like they should be but I just couldn't get past with how bad they tasted. The were also barely warm and the pizza was the same. The cheese was nasty and the pizza was barely warm. I'm not sure if they use a very low moisture, part skim mozzarella or combine with other cheeses that don't belong on a pizza, but suffice to say I will not be buying pIzza here again. I can't spend $55 for food I can't stand eating. What a waste it was. I was just so disappointed.

To put it mildly, I will never order here again. Ill stick with Dominos where the pizza is always super fresh and hot. It's just too risky with the prices...

I wish I was able to give 0 stars. I called and ordered some food, one of the items being a COLD turkey sandwhich. Apon getting home we realized that the sandwhich was hot, toasted and very burnt. My boyfriend took a bit seeing if he could choke it down he was starving, he states that it was so burnt it was inedible. I call the store and say i would like my money back for the sandwhich, he told me to come down to the store. When I arrive at the store the store the man behind the counter asked to see the sandwhich he saw the bit taken out of it and told me he would not refund the money. An I said its a single bit whats the big deal. He got in my face and started screaming at me calling me names and swearing. I remained calm and said sir I don't understand the big deal its not like you can reuse the food. Lastely he took the sandwhich and threw it at my feet getting it all over my shoes and pants. I have never seen any "professional" behave in that way. I will never be giving them my business and I hope you will...
