I went to this store to make a return on 10/26/20. It was a perfume that I had bought from another Burlington and I had opened the box to see what it smelled like but didn't care for the scent. The cashier was new and didn't know if opened perfume was allowed for a return. I had to wait for her to get the manager,when the manager finally appeared she told me flat out that they didn't accept returns on perfume that had been open and used. I told her I had the receipt and had bought it a few hours ago. She said it didn't matter,I couldn't make the return. We went back and forth until she finally said that she would allow the return this time only. I went in to buy a few things and to my suprise, getting someone to cash me out was a struggle. I was in line by the registers where many of the workers were standing around on their phones and not bothering to help me pay for anything. I felt like a idiot being the only one in line and atleast 6 people working up from at the registers and having to ask for aomeone to cash me out. I asked "Is anyone working today?" and all I got was laughs and what seemed to be a purposeful delay in cashing out. This is rediculous work ethic and a group who does not take their job...
