First time trying Moâbettahs and the food was delicious! It was something different than what Iâve ever had before and I was really impressed with the freshness and quality of service from the workers. I would definitely return for the food alone!
Unfortunately I donât we will be returning to this location! We might have the travel to the one in Spanish fork from here on out.
While we were eating, we watched one worker (Iâm assuming a shift lead or someone in management) very loudly berate and yell at another employee in the lobby. I know we werenât the only customers in there that heard and it was definitely uncomfortable. To make matters worse another customer tried to stick up for said employee and the lead very rudely snapped at her too. It really put a bad taste in my mouth and we left shortly after that.
I only mention this because with this being a new store location I think itâs really important that the management here knows whatâs going on and what their customers are seeing. itâs a shame to see great food and service from the kitchen be tainted by poor behavior in front of...

I was trying to order online at 9 but it took a half so when I called and explained that online wasnât working she responded rudely saying what would you like me to do about that . I asked her if it was ok to still come in and order and she said as long as you make it in before closing duh. We get there and a girl comes out to lobby with tablet and says we can only order thru the drive thru and she rudley rolled her eyes and said and yeah we are closing. The service at the Payson location is still a work in progress. The last time I went, they didn't give me any sauces or ask which sauces I wanted. I had to run back in (I used the drive-thru) to get the sauces. Their response was, "We ran out of teriyaki sauce and had to make some more." That's fine. I understand that happens sometimes. The problem was they didn't say anything. They just sent me on my way. A simple explanation and inquiry if I wanted any other sauces would have been helpful.
They also failed to give me any utensils. Luckily, I wasn't traveling and was able to use utensils at home.
