Beef 'O' Brady's — Restaurant in Peachtree City

I wish there was 0 star or negative stars than I would have chosen those . I seriously didn't know this restraunt was picky as hell on how they do business and how they want the customers to do stuff On April 28,2019 I ordered a bunch on stuff but with my wing I ordered six wings with ranch and celery and few other thing . all I got was the wings . everything else like the ranch and celery were not in there. Which was fine with me . Today, May 4, 2019, I went there to pick up . and the waitress asked why are are you here ? I responded with I'm here for a pick up . she said what's the name? I gave her my name. while she walked pasted me she said WAS THIS THROUGH GRUBHUB? I said yes . so another waitress comes up with two bag and put them near her and told her these are grubhub and she said oh she right there for the pick up . so he was handing me two bag . I said I just ordered A ( sigular ) burger and fries . she said you said yes when I said are you through grubhub . I said yes I did but I am not a grubhub driver . I ordered throught the app for pick up . and the other waitress was trying to be helpful, she just said go and seemed mad Her response was well you can just call and we can done it that way . I should also add the manger or the owner was earshot of this conversation . I never got a an apology from either one of them Also would anyone want to explain to my mother who has a BROKEN LEG and is WEARING A CAST why when SHE was craving A BURGER and ALL of her FRIENDS gave her a GRUBHUB giftcard and BEEF O BRADY WAS THE ONLY RESTRAUNT THAT OFFERED BURGER was being rude to HER DAUGHTER ? does anyone want to tell my mother to stop craving burgers and tell her friend to stop giving her giftcard to like uber , grubhub etc . I'm sorry if your losing money from people ordering through grubhub , uber and whatever app but that an issue that you guy have them but yall should Not tell a customer the way YOU find it convenient for them to order. yall should just be happy people are ordering and loving yall food. So why should the way they order matter to you or the waitress ? well I guess a waitress can stop customer from going to a( or any restruant) cause the way the treat customer . I can’t believe I have passed this place up for so many years. I didn’t know what I was missing. My 3 year old and I arrived her completely oblivious to the menu. It was a Tuesday around 1:00pm. We walked it the restaurant to be self seated. It was not busy we must of missed the rush. It did look a bit chaotic with the tables having not all been bussed. I will tell you what though within the first couple minutes like 6 tables were completely cleaned. We were greeted right away and our drinks brought to us quickly. I love the whole sports bar vibe here and I noticed it was actually a pretty clean spot. Menus clean etc. Our order was taken and our food arrived relatively quick. Everything was the perfect temperature. The Rueben was so good and the Caesar the perfect size. What I appreciated the most was the kids food. It came out juicy and like they took care. I find that a lot of kids food is not as good, but here it was delicious. My toddler and I had a great time. Although one of the machines in the gaming area was broken and I only had 1 quarter which, sadly got stuck in the machine. My toddler was actually devastated and had her toddler meltdown haha so that was fun. Other than that, we can’t wait to come back here with her whole family. It had been several years since I had been to Beef 'o' Brady's. We used to go there a lot when our daughter was in high school cuz there's always some school event, or club or something happening. And I always thought of their food as being very heavy.... A lot of starches, fried, and gravy. And when we think about where we want to pick up we would never think about there because gravy and mashed potatoes and meatloaf in a star from dish never seemed very appealing to me or a soggy greasy hamburger that got cold. Although they still use Styrofoam, The food itself has completely been reimagined to be much more healthier and lighter. I had a salad with a piece of white fish on top that was really quite delicious and a lot of food. The chicken breast with broccoli and rice was perfectly cooked for somebody with that preference. In my husband was still able to get his mashed potatoes and gravy. Service is good. Decor is predictable for this kind of a chain. It will be my new favorite place for getting real food for takeout, as well taking out of town guests there We read out for a reasonably priced wide...
