Subway — Restaurant in Peachtree City

I will NEVER go here again!!!! First, I went in just to purchase a foot long chocolate chip cookie. I waited at the counter for about a minute until the little lady finished drinking whatever it was she drinking in the back and then decided to come up and ask how she could help. I proceeded to tell her what I wanted and she stated, "well let me see if we have anymore." However instead of going to check, she started telling me how the footlock cookies already come pre-baked and that I should order the regular cookies because she had just made them. Long story short, I ended up leaving and going to Crumbl Cookie and glad I did. This place needs to step it up and retrain employees on customer service. I'm not trying to pull the race card, but I truly believe she tried me because I'm Black and she was White. I could be wrong but I highly doubt it given the history...

I dont know where to begin. My sandwich was awful it was not toasted like i asked and then the lady tried to argue that it was. You can physically tell its not. The meat was even cold. I worked for subway for a long time it shouldnt have been served this way. She kept just repeating the veggies i asked for while i was trying to tell her what was wrong with the sub. They REFUSED to give a refund and didnt even appoligize. Their attitude was worse than the sub. I do not recommend going to this store when you can go to a different one right around the corner . Im truley...

I walked into subway today to find a pretty big line. There was one employee. A very nice young man, who took care of every customer with a smile. He seemed very well in control on everything. I was amazed as I stood there watching him. In this day where you find completely rude and entitled people . He took care of everyone with such a calm nature .
