Let me start by saying I love McDonald's and am a shareholder as a result. I usually have a predictable experience at any location, but I had to write a review about the disappointing experience we had at the Peachtree City store on June 27.
It started when we arrived at the speaker at 8:50PM. There was only one car ahead of ours, so they weren’t very busy. We asked what was in the new stroopwafel McFlurry, and after a brief wait, the order taker came back on the speaker and said, “I don’t know.” She did not offer to find out. That was it. So we ordered 2 Stroopwafel McFlurrys and 1 caramel frappe, an easy small order.
Everything went fine when we paid at 8:53PM, but then we waited and waited for the car in front of us to get their food and even noticed they had to send their bag back through the window a couple of times. In the meantime, the car behind us pulled out and left the line.
Finally, it was our turn. We waited and waited, and finally a girl appeared and handed us the frappe. No straw, no napkin, no words, but okay. Then we waited and waited some more, and she handed us 1 McFlurry. No straw, no spoon, no napkin, no words, but okay.
Then we waited and waited some more, and she handed us the 2nd McFlurry, this time with a McFlurry spoon. I asked for a straw for the frappe, napkins, and a spoon for the 1st McFlurry, and she disappeared and came back with a small spoon. I asked for a McFlurry spoon, and she looked at me like she never heard of that. To help, I held up the 2nd McFlurry as a demonstration, and she returned with one, holding it by the part you put in your mouth and not wrapped in plastic. I reminded her about the straw and napkins, and we finally had our complete order at 9:08PM, 15 minutes after we paid and with only one car in front of us.
We know McDonald’s employees don’t make a lot of money, and it’s hard to get good help, but we don’t think it should be difficult to get a small order like ours right along with the tools needed to eat them in a reasonable amount of time with the knowledge of what the primary ingredients are in your products. This location needs more training at...
Read moreI don't usually write negative reviews on any body. Because I know the impact this has for the business. But today I am compelling to do so. Make story short... I ordered 2 Mcgriddles and a OG. We started bad when I ask the Lady if they had those on the mix and match. She reply, ITs ON THE SCREEN!. I did not take it wrong. But my companion said to me. She must have a bad morning so far. When I paid and pick up my order. Neither of the two ladies confirm ed my order. Like they usually do. And I was missing my orange juice. When back, got inside and spoke with the manager Leticia. I expres ro her that my order was wrong, that I had order two Mcgriddles and not two cinnamon rolls. Very different items even in their pronunciation... I expected from Her the least, I am sorry I will make your Mcgriddles eight away Sir. In instead I hot a You must to have order them wrong! I was like WHAT? Then she ignore me and when on taking orders from other customers... I learn that Mrs Lety is being in this location for a while. Her customer service She had expressed this morning rude and unethical its for a amateur. And it is no even acceptable. I think She is well spend and need to move on to a different career. Managing and customer service it is not Her forte! When I expressed to her I was writing a review. She reply to me. I don't care. Obviously She does not care... It is well notice on this place rate...

I got a Large Frozen Blue Raspberry, and it was more liquid instead of frozen. But, it looked frozen. It spilled all over my vehicle. It would not stop. I held it out the window until I could get back to McDonald's. When I got out of my vehicle, I saw it on the outside of my vehicle. I went back in and told them about what had happened. They fixed another one. I told the employee with the curly twist that it had spilled all over my vehicle, and she said she was sorry. I asked to speak with the manager. She went to get the manager told me she would be out. I waited, no manager. I asked about four different employees for the manager. All of them said she would be out. One employee told me that the manager was not there. I said the other employees said she would be out. So, he was not telling the truth. I waited around about 20 minutes, and the manager never came out to speak with me. I spoke with the employee with the curly twist again and eventually asked her for the name of the manager and her name. She told me. I asked her if the manager was just ignoring me. I said so this is how management here treat their customers. So, I left after getting the information I needed.... Customer Service is just not what it used to be anymore 😕 .... smh What manager behaves...
