Read moreI visited this location on Saturday 01/04. I would like to make note that this review is for the customer service I received or lack there of. When I walked in the store was empty. There was a woman counting the register and a younger guy standing at the other register. Neither of them said a word when we walked in. I stood back looking at the menu and also giving one of them a chance to acknowledge and speak to the two of us who had just walked in the store. Nothing. I walked up to the register. Instead of saying a greeting and asking if I was ready to order, the young man rudely says “For here or to go?”. In that moment I decided that I did not want to spend my money at this location and I left. I was going to leave it at that but decided to call back and speak to a manager, making sure they understood exactly why I left. I believe the manager’s name was Lisa (I may be wrong) but she also happened to be the lady who was counting the register when I walked in. She knew exactly who I was and after I explained to her why I walked out of the store, she said she agreed and the way my daughter and I were treated was unacceptable. She claims she let the young guy know that he was rude and she said she didn’t speak because she was counting the register. In customer service, two things can happen at once. It takes nothing to be kind to your customers. Although she was apologetic, it was not believable and I will never return to this location. In this case, I believe it was a situation where you know better but chose not to do better. I ended up driving a little further down to the location in Sharpsburg. When my daughter and I walked in, there was a lady counting the register and another young lady standing with her. The lady counting the register greeted us as we walked through the...
Read moreThis location is truly one of the worst I have visited in a while. The manager Ms. Daphne that was on duty was very rude and disrespectful and had no sense of damage control or how to fix a problem. She raised her voice several times across the counter asking “What do you want me to do?!” Or “I am trying my best!” She was very unorganized and did not apologize for me waiting 25 minutes in the drive-thru and another 10 min at the counter due to having to come in after the worker at the window stated “I’m sorry, but she (the manger) messed up your order ma’am.” All of this for a 5 piece spicy chicken meal. Not to mention the poor sense of urgency that was present with the manager and her workers. This location needs to improve their training techniques with customer service and understanding how to properly handle conflict resolution, and not getting upset when a customer asks “How are you going to fix this or make it right?” Hopefully improvements will be made soon because this was...
