Went to this Wendy's before and had to wait a long time in the drive thru for my food on several occasions. The last time before this most recent time I went there the bread was stale and quality of service/food was sub par for any Wendy's I have been to. Now, this time really pushed it for me and this Wendy's. I went to get dinner here around 11:30pm (closes @ 1am). As we got in line in the drive thru we and all other cars in front and behind us had started to wait for a while now and no movement. Finally a car moves up and we get to the menu to order. Screen was black and no sign saying they were closed anywhere on the store. We waited for about 3-4 minutes here to see if maybe someone would say something or come out and tell us anything. Literally anything would be better than sitting in the dark not knowing with 3 other cars. We finally drove around to the window and no one at the first window. Headed to the second and also no one there. We look through the windows and see 2 or 3 employees standing by the dish area. We pull around again maybe to get our order taken because one employee did look out right at us. To no surprise, nothing changed. It was still dark and no sign or anything. After realizing we weren't going to get any food @ this Wendy's we drive around one more time in case it maybe gives them a hint to put a sign out or turn off the light. As driving back around there was what was probably a manager or just another employee smoking at their car and saw us and said they were closed. This was the only response we got from anyone there. Honestly, the worst experience at any Wendy's or any fast food place in my opinion. A sign or anything out on a window would have helped and we wouldn't (along with the line of at least 5 cars who were at the drive thru) have been sitting in line for so long. A very unfortunate and mostly...
Read moreTERRIBLE !!!!!! My 2 friends and I showed up at 11:30, waited at the drive thru behind multiple cars for 20 minutes until we decided to pull up and see what was taking so long. All we saw were the workers hiding in the back, most were refusing to make eye contact with us, but we caught one man’s eye, so he knew we were there. We pulled around one more time to wait and see if anything happened, already having an inkling of the result... nothing. So we drove around one more time, and yet again the workers would not make eye contact with us. So we pulled around to the other cars and told them not to waste their time because clearly no one cared enough to do their jobs properly. We pulled up and waited to see if we could get anyone’s attention inside, there was a woman in her car who we saw earlier walking through the lobby, also avoiding eye contact. She was smoking a cigarette and told us they were closed. No explanation, no apologies, nothing. So you closed 2.5 hours early, with over 10 cars at your drive thru and you decide to ignore everyone. How...
Read moreyeah this was an awful first experience there. The one towards Newnan was closed so we went to this one around 11:30. waited in line for the drive through for a decent amount of time, enough to put our car in park to wait.
We went around and there was no one on duty for the drive thru, there were probably 4 people just hanging around in the back of the store. We sat there for a minute at the window and no one came up to us, one person even making eye contact with us.
We drove around a couple more times and let people in the line know to leave because they werent getting helped, and we went back and parked at the window to get any kind of attention.
There was an employee in their car smoking that yelled out that they were closed, but there were no signs that they closed early, the website said they were still open, and they have that glass stain that says they're open until 1am everyday. So they were closed at least two and a half hours early with no warning or signs
They lost us, and hopefully the many other customers...
