LOFT — Local services in Peachtree Corners

I went to my local Ann Taylor Loft in Peachtree Corners, GA and the lady in the store told me that if she gave me my lost item I ordered online that she would be giving it to me for free? What? I paid for the item when I ordered it online, how is that free haha. She then told me she wouldn't call customer service for me that I could call myself. The customer service line is gibberish and out of service. I've call and emailed Ann Taylor Loft about my missing order and have received no response. I've now taken this up with Paypal in hopes of getting my money back. In addition to the horrible customer service in the store and online they are requiring everyone to wear a mask. I'm not sick. I don't have a problem with people having the freedom to chose to wear a mask, but you won't force me to wear a mask. If people are really that scared, then stay home! Never ordering or shopping...

I generally like this store and have had positive interactions with most of the staff. However, I had a disappointing experience with one employee who was rude, impatient, and condescending during a recent return. When I brought back a dress I hadn’t even tried on, she smelled it, made a face, and asked if I had worn it, saying it "smelled really bad" and "seemed like someone had worn it a long time." I found this both inappropriate and offensive. I smelled the dress myself and didn’t notice anything unusual. Beyond that, she was visibly impatient throughout the return process. Well stocked, wide variety, great quality and good store appearance. On trend and great styles. It is pricy but worth the quality of clothing. They have pretty imitation jewelry as well. You would be followed through out the store if you're brown 😂 I didn't mind it since it is great to have somebody helping but is quiet awkward. Happy with my purchase and quality of clothing!
