We went to the 7 Brew in Pearl Saturday afternoon. When we got in line there were 4-5 baristas standing around the vehicle in front of us. They did not appear to be ordering anything but just talking. After about 5 minutes of waiting for the car in front to leave we backed up and went to the other line where it appeared there was one barista out of about 7 doing her job. When we did back up the ones standing outside the other vehicle chatting apparently found this humorous and began laughing. We moved to the other line and the one laughing actually ended up taking our order, which brings me to my next point. I ordered a large iced white mocha with a shot of Irish Creme. The drink I received was a large mocha. When I questioned the barista about my drink I was assured that it was a white mocha, it is just the āmixā that makes it that color. The barista was incorrect and my drink was neither white mocha, nor did it have Irish cream added. As a former coffee shop owner, I expected whoever was making my drink to make it correctly. Please explain the difference in mocha and white mocha to your baristas, so they know the difference when looking at a drink. All in all, it was a terrible experience and I will just take my business back to the Starbucks...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI always order matcha at coffee shops. Iāve had so much matcha from many different places in many states all across the country. It is ALWAYS green. Matcha is green. I ordered for the first time yesterday from 7 Brew. The matcha was not green. It tasted like coconut milk. I paid $5.45 plus $1 tip for a cup of creamer basically. I privately messaged 7Brew bc I donāt believe In making bad experiences public until they have had a chance to correct it. As a first time customer who was highly dissatisfied with my matcha-less matcha, I expected to at least receive an apology and for them to make it right. I did not get either. No apology and was told next time to order (and pay) for more scoops of matcha if I wanted it to be green 𤯠I have worked in customer service/service industry for over 20 years and I couldnāt believe they would pass up the chance to make it right with a first time customer. I will never go there again, even though it is more convenient for me. I wish I could shop local at cups but they do not serve matcha so I will continue going...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am a very frequent customer with this 7 Brew, like literally at least twice a day and get multiple drinks most of the time. And not the little stuff either, I end up with the largest vanilla chiller as they offer!! And everyone that looks at my orders is always like wow!! That being said, I obviously spend a LOT of money with you guys and 85% of the time it's well worth it in my opinion and taste is always so consistent... UNTIL ITS NOT!! And last 2 times I was so disappointed b/c apparently the "chiller" machine is down and instead of just telling people they just did it by hand with a blender and it is SO GROSS AND HORRIFIC I CANT even drink it, it tastes so bad. And on top of that, after I'd had it for about 10-20 mins, when you look at the cup, the ingredients have separated just like they did yesterday. And for almost $10 bucks each, that's about $40 bucks down the drain! Unacceptable to my mind... and it's bad because as a general rule...
