Our First visit was Friday Night 9/12/25. We arrived about 7:00 and there were a few families seated and eating. We were greeted by the young girl behind the register. We let a few people go ahead of us because we had no idea what we wanted.
My sister and her husband ordered their meal. Me and my two grandson's ordered ours. We all sat down and waited for our name to be called. About 20 minutes later, they called my sisters name. Well they called the people after us. People came in and ordered and they got their food. Its been 50 minutes by now and we've not heard anything. My sister has finished their food. So I go asked the girl at the counter and she said there was a problem with the printer. So she gives me two brookies for the wait. I go sit back down. After an hour I asked to speak to the manager. We find out then that part of our meal was ready. So I give my grandson a cold, burnt grilled cheese. My other grandson had loaded fries, they were cold. I had the blt cheesesteak and my bacon wasn't fully cooked and of course my sandwich was cold. The manager brings us our fries and that was the only thing hot about our meal. I asked at that time if he thought I deserved a discount or something and he agreed we did. He took my information and assured me I'd hear from the owner (Mr Patel) on Saturday. The manager was very apologetic and I was very surprised when I heard nothing from anyone on Saturday.
So out of curiosity I googled the restaurant just to read the reviews. I wanted to see if it was in fact just a bad night. But the only positive review they've had in several weeks was from a Mr Patel. Not a shock at all.
The food that wasn't burnt or cold was okay. But not for what we paid for it. Its a very over priced sandwich shop. Nothing more. But I can assure you they won't get another dime from me or my family.
And to Mr Patel, enjoy that $50 for 3 meals, you clearly need it...
Read moreI came Saturday 11/01 around 6:40 pm. This was my first time, but my mother in law was raving about the food so I decided to come with her and order for my family. There was a young man behind the register initially who took our order. He was polite. However noone greeted customers as they walked in or anything which I didn't make a big deal about. I orders approximately 2 minutes after y mother in law. We spent $80 for a family of 4. My mother in law got her food within about 20 minutes. I got my food about 20 minutes after her and the order was missing fries. A young girl was at the counter and I let her know " Hey I believe im missing fries.". She checked the screen and saw that I in fact was missing fries. Then, rudely says ' you got to sit and wait instead of standing since it'll be a while for you to get those fries. I asked if I could get a fresh batch to replace the ones I had in the bag since it would be a wait and they'd get cold and we came from clinton so the drive would have them at less than room temp by then. She cut me off mid sentence and said that I would have to wait longer or those, so I asked her to let me finish speaking. She abruptly darted out of the side door to go and smoke per my mother in law. I dont care how good the food is, I can tell you no that this place wont be there forever. The customer service skills SUCK. I did not see one manager in sight. Wouldn't recommend this place simply because for the good money to be spent on food, they need to treat people much better especially after being there for TO GO food...
Read moreI'm giving two stars because of the issue I had using a promo code and the lack of response from the customer service department. I put in a ticket and was told I would be contacted in two business days....it's been nine days and nothing. I received an offer for a free small sub if I signed up for text, which I did. The promo code doesn't work. I went ahead that first day and paid the full amount for my order...the food was great!! I ordered online, so I did not have the issues that many people are experiencing; however, you need to expect those issues with a new business. The employees are overwhelmed and cannot be expected to provide you with great and fast service the first week or two of opening. I do however, expect a promo code to work. I kept getting an error message that said I had to spend at least $2.00 to use the code...and there was over $20.00 in my cart. I tried to use it again this morning to pre-order for lunch today and I received the same error. Why are you offering promotions that don't work and then you are not following up on the tickets? Has anyone else had...
