Harvey's Fish Hut Too is expertly managed and the staff executes passionately, an irrefutable fact that can be tasted once you feast on the delectable foods they have to offer! Inexplicably, each bite is somehow more savory than the last—the chicken sandwiches are blamsphemously better than Chikfila's, the wings were apparently harvested from birds straight from heaven, and the fish is undoubtedly what the five thousand tasted when our good Lord multiplied the young lad's lunch amongst them. Harvey's Fish Hut Too provides exquisite and unrivaled southern cooking, the type that elicits Shakespearean reviews and will leave you with a singular, unequivocal conviction when you swallow that last bite—you simply HAVE to have more! I was neither paid nor asked to write this review, my taste buds quite simply demanded it of me, and what the taste buds want, the taste buds get. In that spirit, I am on my way to get two chicken sandwiches now. As the old timers say, don't meet me there, beat me there. Drop the mic, cue the confetti—it's time for some Harvey's!
P.S. The sauce; sweet Lord on high, thank You for the...
Read moreSaw that Harvey's had a chicken sandwich special, so the man wanted to come try. It was our first time here, so I wasn't sure what they served. I saw pantrout and my heart was set 😆 We got the chicken dipped in the honey hot sauce ($1 extra), and a 3 piece pan trout fried hard with a side of fried okra, and potato salad.
There were a few people before us, but the food came out fast, fresh, and piping hot. That sandwich was love at first bite, we both thoroughly enjoyed it! Now I want that sauce on some wings!! Since it's a wet sauce, I highly recommend eating your sandwich right away if you opt for the dipped fried chicken. His only complaint was, he wished the piece of chicken was thicker, because there was a lot of sauce.
The pan trout was delicious too! I got mine fried hard. Some pan trout I've gotten at other places were thinner, so the pan trout easily fried to rubber when I requested for it to be fried hard, these were thick juicy pieces. I also enjoyed the potato salad, I've always liked mine with sweet pickles, and theirs had it. Overall awesome first experience,...
Read moreThis was my first time eating here. I called and ordered 3 fried catfish baskets, a side of okra and an order of hush puppies for pickup. The very sweet lady took my order and told me 10-15 minutes. Since I live 3 minutes away I waited a bit before going. The building is neat and compact. Very clean. The employee who took my order also gave it to me and made sure I had everything I needed. Gotta get that hot sauce y’all! Contactless payment is a plus. The food was hot and FRESH! I was so delighted, and the whole family was pleased. I will be eating here again and will recommend it...
