Rally's — Restaurant in Pearl

I get the hardship while working at a fast food restaurant. The pregnant lady Keyoni should be on light duty so she don't get agitated easly. It's hot outside and she gave me my soda with no ice due to the ice not being refilled but a worker was pouring ice in the ice thing while i was waiting for my order. She was they are out. I repeated and said yall out of ice twice becauseyall not. Ma'am get someone to fill it where my thoughts. She handed me a small cup of ice. Cool..I'll just pour the soda in the small cup with the ice. Tth soda was flat! I asked for a different soda. Long story short.. I asked for ketchup and she blowing/huffing & puffing. I get that she's pregnant and it's hot plus u dealing with different emotions probably therefore she should be on light duty other than on the drive through. I know it was 10:00 pm but if they was closed or didn't want to serve anybody else all they had to do was tell me. But no they gave me a burger that was yesterday's quality, french fries that I swear must have been put back into the nasty grease they should have changed out days before. I offered to go to Taco Bell because of the attitudes but I didn't but now I sure wish I'd pulled off. I want be back at the one here in Pearl or any other one. The employees are, in my experience, the kind of service industry employees. I can consistently sense urgency, care, and competency up until closing time. I work nights, so I am always one of their last customers when I visit. If they're out of anything that late, they tell me the wait time and offer to make it fresh with a smile. Not once have I sensed attitude like "I can't believe he's expecting me to cook new food 5 minutes to closing." I never have! Just for the record.
