ZERO STARS! DO NOT RECOMMEND! On Saturday, February 3rd, I placed a breakfast order through the mobile app. I arrived to the drive thru and was told to pull around as normal only to get to the window to be told that they were out of eggs. Whatâs a Breakfast Baconator without eggs?!? I attempted to compromise and substitute for something else, only to be told by the manager on duty that I would have to call the Wendyâs hotline to fix any mobile orders. Newsflash, the Wendyâs hotline is open 8am-8pm M-F. The manager did not care at all from the misinformation down to the nonchalant attitude presented. I called the Wendyâs hotline on Monday, February 5th to request a refund and they explained to me that everything is done through the store in which the order was placed. Frustration would be the nicest word I could think of with this entire experience. The next day, the store manager called and said a refund would be sent after he called the financial department.    Read moreOrdered thru the app and had customized my asiago chicken sandwich with no lettuce or tomato. They asked me to pull into parking lot as they were making it fresh and it would be a few more minutes. I waited 15 minutes before finally getting food after several people had picked up their orders during that time. I had placed this order on my way to work and was about to be late so when they brought me my order finally, I thanked them and left. Once I got to work, I checked my sandwich and got so mad. They made me wait for a plain chicken sandwich.. not only was there no lettuce or tomato but nothing else. I'm unable to go back since I'm at work and couldn't contact help thru the app. Don't tell me your making my food fresh and take 15 minutes to do so and not get it right but abhorrentely wrong. What is the point of spending the money to order an Asiago chicken sandwich to just get a plain chicken sandwich? While this spot is closest to my job, I'd rather go out of my way to another location to get my order right. What a joke...
