One and done and never coming back. Please save time and money there are much better chicken places in Pearland! The fries were the best part of the meal let that speak for itself đ
This place was new and being hyped on social media so my husband and I gave it a try. We waited out the soft opening hearing how they had to stop taking orders and lines so we came on a Wednesday afternoon around 12:30 pm. Parking is awful there are only like 2-3 spots in front of the restaurant and then you have to drive further down for that to also be almost packed because they share it with other businesses. Not too awful of a walk. Walking in the place had a vibe that i didnât mind with the music and all but the staff didnât match the music. First the manager never greeted anyone and theyâd been open for like 4 days tops, he barely spoke to any customers walking in and the cashier next to him looked like he hated his day. Had to order on the kiosk because BOTH of them never opened their moths and said âhi hello are you new here?â or anything 0 customer service, no idea what Iâm ordering what the sauces are like or anything just guessing and even purposefully looked lost so someone could help us but no. Nothing. Ordered the hot honey wrap meal which was so bland and flavorless just because I said no spice didnât mean no flavor. Tasted no hot honey whatsoever. that was $12 with no drink ⌠please explain how that is a meal combo?? And the $1 add on cheese is served cold af. Who is that for? Food was just stacking on the window that had cold air blowing on it thus serving Luke warm food and the manager walked away right when that only person at the front cashier need him and left him to both take orders and hand them out which also caused cold food. And wtf do you mean $8.50 for one shake??? I literally walked over to another place and got one for $4 yâall lost your minds charging that much for a shake. Also the manager was extremely rude to someone asking about heat level of their spice to another person who was new ordering they asked the scoville level and mind blowingly the manager has no idea what that even was and also said you have to try it to find out. Sir you have 5 levels of heat you better explain it better then try it and find out. All in all itâs over hyped, terrible customer services and under seasoned for all that they are asking in price and competition for food in Pearland. Again for the price of ONE milkshake I bought 2 cupcakes two businesses down because that price was absolutely insane to me. I could have made a better wrap or same level at home and thatâs what upset me the most. I spent $50 for two people and wish I would have went somewhere else or...
Read moresososossoso good!!! i got the extra hot hot honey combo (1 tender and 1 slider), extra hot hot honey dirty mac with ranch and comeback sauce, and the cinnamon toast crunch milkshake. the extra hot slider was a good level of spicy (i would consider this to be a hot in other places), it made my tongue burn but not enough to make me cry, but the tender was wayy spicier (because the slider had the bread to mellow the spice out).
the fries from the combo were actually perfect. the texture of the outside was crisp with a fluffy inside, perfect fry texture. the seasoning was also really good, it was well-season yet not salty. it was great dipping these in the comeback sauce.
the dirty mac was insanely good. the waffle fries stayed crispy even with all the toppings on top, and the mac was delicious. the spice of the chicken was also mellowed out by the sauces and the mac, so it wasnât really that spicy, but you could still taste some heat. i couldnât help but keep going in for more.
i was hesitant about getting the cinnamon toast crunch milkshake becuase of its price, but i was very glad i bought it. $8 for a plain shake in my opinion is quite pricey, but i enjoyed the shake. despite being a sugary milkshake with sugary cereal mixed in and sprinkled on top, it wasnât sickly or overly sweet. i am someone who canât handle anything over 50% sweet at boba and coffee shops, but this milkshake was addicting.
the pricing for everything else was reasonable, and was definitely worth all of the flavours, textures, and taste i was experiencing. the service was excellent and the two people that helped me and took my order were very personable and friendly.
i would most definitely come back again!! i...
Read moreThis food is significantly overpriced. I spent $24 because I wanted extra fries and an extra tender because, honestly, their largest combo only having 2 tenders is very odd to me. So, I had 3 tenders, crinkle cut fries, and waffle fries. I was still hungry after all this money and food. The portions were small, and even when I picked up my good, it felt so light. I had to check the receipt to ensure everything I ordered was there.
The food is the worst part. The tenders looked as if they were only seasoned after cooking, and one bite confirmed that fear. It looked very unappetizing, and I'm surprised that they are ok presenting their chicken this way. I personally don't like much sessoning on my fries, but this place could have used more and better seasonings on their fries. They only gave me the hot honey sauces because they completely forgot my two other sauces I ordered. So I can't even tell you if their signature sauce is good, but the hot honey did not help the tenders at all. The food was just bad, and there was no saving grace at all.
Other than that, the service was ok. I didn't dine in, but the place was a bit too dark for my liking, but I understand if someone likes that asthetic. It just wasn't my thing.
Overall, I will not be dining here again. If it was cheaper than other options, I would understand. However, there is no reason to pay this much for so little when I can just get cheap unseasoned chicken with significantly better sauces at Raising Cane's or another...
