WORST SERVICE EVER! This was our second visit to this place. This happened on Friday night, we were stuck with a horrible waiter and her name is Susana. Took forever to come and acknowledge us. Once she finally decided to come to us, we asked for queso and she was questioning the fact that we had not received it since we had salsa and chips on the table. Then we told her that we were ready to order since we had been waiting for a long time, while placing the order my husband had a question on what type of meats they had and she gives him back the menu telling him "it's in there", when she could of easily just answered the simple question. The server seemed annoyed; we were fine, still tolerating the fact that she was giving us poor service. She then came back with my husband's drink and mine. I asked if she could bring more chips when she had a chance and she gave a hideous face and just turned away. Later she came with the food and my husband asked about the kids drinks and she replied back with an attitude "well it's because you gave me the whole order and I'm used to bringing the drinks first" (what an unacceptable excuse instead of simply stating I will be right back with them) at this point I was getting pretty upset, she was a nightmare to deal with. My husband asked for lemons and she was very disrespectful, she raised her voice and even a hand and stated "Sir you need to wait I will bring them" with an ugly attitude. At that point she was so petty, I had to speak up and ask her what is your problem, you have been very rude and I don't appreciate how you're treating us, get us a different waiter and get your manager. I could not believe this when we were so polite and patient with her, finally a girl by the name of Gaby, stated she was the one in charge. She was very clueless and unprofessional herself; I doubt that she was the manager. She never took ownership of all the problems that occurred and never gave us a sincere apology. UPDATE!! We have really enjoyed this place since we came here 6 months ago. We have been there in the afternoon, later in the evening. We have even been when there was a wait and restaurant was busy. Service has been good, food hs been good. Today was the exception. The restaurant temp was set to 76 and 77. Super hot. Flies landing on our food. We ordered the kids food and everyone's drinks as soon as we got there. Drinks came out. My mom's margarita was wrong. She told the waitress and the bartender came out and told us that's what it has(orange juice) even though it clearly stated it was tequila, lime juice and agave. No orange juice, she then asked the waiter he told her no it didn't. When they brought back the correct one it tasted like lime juice more than anything. Our food came out pretty fast, even though we ordered after we got the margaritas. My kids food no where to be found. I want to say 10 min later we git their food. I doubt we will be back soon. My mom's wedding anniversary was today, though my dad has passed away we still celebrate every year. She wanted to enjoy some good food and enjoy a margarita. Well she says she won't be back. They claim that the fry area was behind. But if we ordered the kids meals first it makes no sence to get it so late. Dosnt take that long to reheat precooked fried food and rice.

Was looking for a new place to try in the area and this place caught my eye based on the reviews. I've been in this shopping strip many times and didn't realize they were there. We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door and offered to sit wherever we liked. There are two sections where you can sit: the main dining area and a full bar area. The place is real cozy with some nice music playing. Our waitress was Jessica. She was very nice and attentive. For our food, we ordered the nachos (with chicken & beef) and the cheese enchiladas (with sauteed vegetables, rice, and salad). We also ordered some food to go for some family members: the chicken quesadilla (with rice and salad) and the chicken enchiladas (with sauteed vegetables, rice, and salad). The nachos could have used some more toppings as it was nothing compared to the one showed on the menu. Everything was packed tightly in the middle with minimal portions. The cheese enchiladas were made with crumbled cheese. There was plenty of this cheese on top of the enchiladas, but next to nothing inside them. I did enjoy the rice and sauteed vegetables, delicious. I ordered a side of white queso which I was expecting to be melted, but it was shredded. I ordered to eat with our chips that were brought out at the beginning, but ended up taking it home and melting it on top of my enchiladas.
