Crumbl — Restaurant in Pearland

Adding context now in response to the owner's comment to me because I can't reply to them.

I made an online order for curbside the day before. It was a surprise homecoming gift for my daughter. I had this planned out in a way where it would be delivered to her outside. One reason being my struggles with a chronic illness that puts me in a lot of pain while and after driving. It's typically a 45 minute drive from my home, but with traffic, it took us an hour and a half to get there. I made sure to click the "I'm here" in the text your business sent me when we arrived. We waited patiently for 15 minutes. Then, I called from my car and they said there was nothing there for me to pick up. So, I went inside and they handed it to me. It was a very confusing and physically uncomfortable experience. But I do have to say that my order was just as I asked, with the special note for my daughter and the cookies that she loves- And the cookies were 100% made well. VERY DISSAPOINTED! I've always been a fan of crumbl and was excited when they opened this new location, so even downloaded the app to make ordering easier. I am 9 months pregnant with 3 other young children, so I placed a curbside order as a gift to a friend. When I arrived at pickup time, the order was not ready and I called the store manager who had no record of my order. They kept me on hold, could not settle the issue, and so I had to physically go inside after waiting almost 30 minutes. Because of their COVID policy , despite the delay I already experienced, they kept myself and other customers with pickup orders waiting outside. When I finally got inside and they somehow "found" my order, they were in such a rush that my box didn't get the giftwrapping ribbon I had requested and even WORSE, was dirty and covered in sugar and frosting. This was NOT the kind of presentation I'd ever want to gift someone. We ended up late to the bday party, with a messy gift and very disappointed. Sadly Crumbl will not be getting any of our business again and I will be spreading this news to my other friends who frequent...

I came in to buy a 4 pack for my sister bday. When they showed me the cookies 2 of the cookies frosting and decor was totally wrong, not in the circular shape that they normally come with, zero presentation, almost like a kid did it, they were so ugly. Like if they dropped to the floor. I have never got cookies like that from Crumbl. I brought this to the staff attention and after telling they can’t add more frosting which I wasn’t asking I was simply asking to give a decent looking cookie. They did at the end and when they gave the cookies the girl told me “You were going to still going to eat the cookies with frosting or not frosting” in a super rude way. I told her This cookies are already expensive to not get the pretty cookies with the pretty decorations. If I wanted ugly cookies that don’t even look like the pictures I will just baked them myself.
