Last night I ordered thru the mobile app at 1030ish but I got lost in getting there n I got there at 10:58pm. I get to screen nothing so I pulled up to window n they see me n ignore me I honked trying to get their attention n nothing. So I see a guy Josue that goes outside so I get down trying to talk to him n he goes inside n ignores me. Finally after trying to get their attention the guy comes to door at 11:06 and tells me that he can't open door cuz it's close. I go ok but I ordered thru app he goes to back n the other girl is laughijng. So I call them n he goes I'm sorryy we r close I go okay but I order thru app he goes we threw it away cuz any drink after 15 min we have to throw away. I go well can I have a refund he goes I'm sorry no. I go well can I have a gift card he goes no. I go well then what. He tells me to go tomorrow I go I can't cuz I'm not near by I'm not from here. He goes well go tell ano that starbucvks n they will do if for u. He tells me to lie to then cuz everyone does it and they have to honor it. I go in not going to lie. He goes well then I'm sorry. .. his name is Josue he is the manger there. I'm very disappointed cuz I goo to starbucks daily n never have I had someone be so rude. Read moreNormally, I wouldn't leave a review on a chain because it is what it is. But this Starbucks location has specifically lost my business. First time, customers had to wait while an employee who was leaving was having a new barista make him an extra complicated drink. Clearly, the new barista wasn't trained well because the cashier had to take time out to draw lines for her on all the ordered drinks. Ok, I got over this as I understand you have to start somewhere and that employee with the special drink did feel bad for making PAYING customers wait.
It was the 2nd time that guaranteed me that I was over this location. I came in ordering a brewed coffee on purpose since I had a discount on them and I even told the cashier specifically and even asked her if she needed the code. Instead, she used my free drink reward. WTFlip?!?! Free is free, I know, but she just made me waste a discount code and a free drink on a $2.85 coffee, UGGGGGH! Whatever, free is free, FINE, even at a waste. But then, I had to wait longer for my SIMPLE coffee because within just 10 minutes of me being there, the barista (different from the 1st time) had to re-do TWO customers' drinks. Ummm...
Read moreWhen ordering a drink that only takes two ingredients, the employees made sure to let us know how complicated it was and how upset they were that they had to make it. They also tried telling us they couldn't make it, and that its unavailable when we just ordered it last week with no problem. While they were making the drink, they weren't shy to make loud comments about it while we were sitting right there. Not one, but every employee in there made us feel like a burden. I shouldn't have to feel sorry for coming in to starbucks, ordering the drink I want (thats not hard to make) and making them do their job. I work in a restaurant and had I treated customers like this, I wouldn't get tipped and I'd probably lose my job or at least get sent home for the day. But they get to treat us customers so poorly and still get paid. Last but not least, last week when we ordered the same drink, it tasted great! Today, after wasting $8 and being treated like dirt, they topped it all off with a drink that tasted horrid. It tasted like something you should never put in your mouth or ever be...
