Starbucks — Restaurant in Pearland

It's getting two stars because I like the regular morning staff.. but today was the worst experience I've ever had at this location REBECCA was making all the drinks and she was so rude, not really to Customers but to the other barista that was working with her she got upset because she didn't have chai and made her stop taking someone's order just to get her chai. And she was so rude and loud about it .. then she got onto the other barista again very loud and rude.. she's very unprofessional and had the ugliest attitude. Hope to not see her again and hope to see the regular morning crew...

I'm only giving it three stars because I love my mango dragon fruit refresher with lemonade. However I came here for a iced white chocolate mocha, they are out of the syrup. Okay fine. The girl that is working here is nor very friendly, as in she is not smiling, she is very short and she just doesnt look happy nor does she give e odf good vibes. I had a horrible and sad experience this morning. Me and my sister ordered 2 grand iced toasted white chocolate mocha with lite ice and whip cream on top. First thing I hear they are out of whip cream, despite its the morning time and holiday season. Secondly the barista put extra ice.
