Actually they deserve no stars, I have been going to this subway for a long time and decided to order online which I have done before and when I order I ask for the bread and veggies I want or in the side it has never been an issue when I get there I tell them I have a pick up order and they say ok it is usually random young kids and friendly most of the time well on August 28th at 12:49 p. M I went in I had just ordered online because they had a special and I went to the front because I wanted to let them know I was there and let them know what bread I wanted, which as we all know we have a choice we'll the woman enedelia at the front by the register was outraged and said NO we don't do that and u can't have any veggies on the side we don't have in what to put them and no subway does that which is not true I've been to Subway's lots of times we have a choice and I like to pick them because unfortunately they're usually rotting and dirty area and the gloves they wear there is no purpose cause they touch everything and go to the who knows for what and never change them anyway she told the manger and she was loud and rude and ugly to me I explained that bread was a choice she said no it's not and proceeded to say many other things to me and I told the register lady what her name was but then I noticed her name on her cap and immediately the manager took hers off and refused to tell me her name which doesn't matter because at that time she was working I'm sure they know who it is she threatened me that she was going to call the police when she was the one instigating the situation, well needless to say I felt threatened and I should have called the police I'm disabled and wasn't even sure if I should post about it but I finally decided I would and I appreciate the person that posted about nice to know some people still care so there it is and I will never return the phone number they have no one answers and the corporate number is nothing they don't care u have to write a email which they don't answer and the name of the owner is not on the door which it usually is at most independently owned places of business I'm very sad this happened and in the lack of respect some people have for others I'm hoping they contact me and those women have no business working around people and most of the time they don't understand what ur telling them because they r not fluent in the language, that...
Read moreTonight I went to Subway. There were two young men who were working. There was a lady in front of me who was very rude/ disrespectful to one of the young men. The other young man helped me and he was polite and friendly. As for someone who works in customer service and reading the reviews below… these employees were amazing: attentive, helpful, friendly even when someone was disrespectful towards them. I have gone here for years and have always had a pleasant experience. To the customers, treat the employees with respect and as a human. You’re going to have young kids working at a food joint like Subway. Unless you would rather go behind the counter and work minimum wage. These kids are learning and growing into young adults. Read moreWent here today and ordered a double meat meatball sub, granted I knew it’d be messy but the guy making it must have been new and soaked it with sauce. I didn’t realize until I got home and my husband opened it how soggy it was. I called back to speak to the manager and they had to call me back as the manager wasn’t in the store at the moment. They called me back within 10 minutes and refunded my complete order. I really appreciated how they didn’t try to argue or make excuses and I also heard her telling the young man making sandwiches to make sure he drains most of the sauce off from now on and then just put a bit on top so that the sandwich isn’t a complete soggy mess.
