Abysmal to go service. Twice in a week have had horrible service with a pick up order. Last week I was told to wait for my to go order by the cubbies. When I advised that it was a large order I was told by Jenifer the manager that it would be in multiple bags in the cubbies. After 30 minutes past my pick up time I checked again and they said if it wasn’t in the cubby, it wasn’t ready. So then I waited another 30 minutes and finally got irritated and was told oh wait it’s by the bar. My order had been sitting there for about 45 minutes at least. No apologies. No nothing from Jennifer.

Today I placed another pick up order and this time I waited an extra 15 minutes after the pick up time so I knew that it would be ready. I go to pick up my order and Was immediately told that apparently a DoorDasher had grabbed my order by mistake and they were going to remake my order. This is now 40 minutes after I placed the order. No apologies no nothing so I asked to speak to the manager. Jennifer said she wasn’t the manager on duty that it was Jose and she would go get him. Jose comes out already with an attitude and told me it was DoorDashers like me that grab the wrong orders all the time. When I sarcastically snapped back and said I was not a DoorDasher he didn’t even apologize. Jose rushed My order and handed it to me abruptly and when I went to the car to check the order i realized that the four tacos are not in the bag. I go back inside Jose again is not apologetic and Jennifer quickly put The blame on Jose for not checking. I asked for the number for corporate. Jose went to the back and never came back. Got the half chips and queso for free from signing up, I put no guac or diablo sauce for online order but was still spicy. Its really good queso though, i liked the cilantro in it, never had queso with cilantro. Also i know i was picking up a to-go order but the cashier didn't even acknowledge my existence. Might try their tacos in future but they are high dollar for 1 taco.

Update : 5/22/2024 Spent $30 the tacos were cold the queso didnt come out with our food so had to get refund. Even told the manager the tacos were luke warm mostly cold and he didn't ask if we wanted compensation or anything. Next time if i go again and their cold ill tell them to take it back and microwave it or something. Horrible experience even tho the manager was nice. Ruined my whole day

After the last experience with this place and the tacos being cold and the queso not coming out with our food/at all. Me and mom havent been back and probably wont. If u order here u better taking it home and microwaving it. Ud think for the price the food would have came out warm or hot.

Update 4/10/25: Went in February and today to get free queso. They both taste different then each other. I always get no diablo this is first time it wasnt spicy in all the times i have asked for no diablo on the queso. Its like they put it in anyways all the other times when i asked for no daiblo sauce. Today it was super salty which ive never had it like that, lucky i only had to pay for tortillas or i would have asked for a refund. Between that and the time the food was cold i have no reason to ever eat here again. Would not recommend unless u want long wait times and cold food and inconsistent...
