I cane for some coffee drinks and they sent me to a parking spot to wait. I had paid extra for toppings. An angsty young worker with dyed black hair and multiple dangly nose piercings brought us our drinks and made no eye contact and said nothing before walking away. I immediately noticed the drinks were wrongful not even a bit of of surprise to me and wanted names of the people ut I was just like living in the middle middle the ocean these minnows are in a good ⁵112since she had run off, i had nonchoice but to walk in or accept my wrong drinks and take a loss on my $. I pulled up my order on the app to make sure I had ordered them correctly and paid. I went inside and smiled at her and showed her what i had ordered and asked if they could add my toppings. She rolled her eyes and walked away from me, saying nothing. I had no idea why she left me standing there. A kinder manager saw the interaction and apologised for her rude worker. I felt like I had done something wrong based on the workers reaction. After a minute the rude girl came back and slapped the new drinks on the counter in front of me, once again, noneye contact, no apology for making them wrong and inconveniencing us, no dialouge whatsoever. I cant help but feel like I did something to upset this girl, but i was overly polite, paid for my food, and didnt even get upset over the mistake. Used the drive through while my older daughter went inside so we wouldn't hold up the lines making separate orders. Was handed the wrong order in the drive through, got the worker's attention, explained it was the wrong one. She looked in another bag,"sorry, here you go, thanks". Pulled forward to check the order and not hold up the car behind me. Worker yelled out the window, held another bag. Told younger daughter to jump out and grab it. Meanwhile girl at the window went to the door, handed us the other half of our order. Thanked her, checked the bag and drove to a parking spot to wait for older daughter. When she got in the car, she asked if they messed up my order. Apparently, after the drive through girl messed up my order not once, but twice and I thanked her for fixing it (mistakes happen) she chose to return my understanding and politeness by complaining to her co-workers about customers"who drive off without checking their orders", unaware my other daughter was standing at the counter waiting for her order. Called, talked to a very put off manager who offered a weak apology and "we'll talk to her", with no resolution. Rude, and unprofessional, and to top it off cold food. Won't return...
