Mama Mia Pizzeria — Restaurant in Pelzer

Myself my mom and me 2 year old ate in the restaurant and the best part was the service! Waitress was friendly although not sure if she had anything to do with the final bill?! We ordered a large house salad (lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers) for 5.50 a medium Stromboli that cost 12.75 cheese ravioli (burnt and stuck to the bottom of the tin) at 9 bucks. I got 20 wings to go drinks were a water and a lemonade. I did however fill my toddlers sippy cup up (half water half lemonade) and our bill come to 74 bucks!!! Not counting the tip shall I add. NOT worth half of that!! Not the food not the atmosphere not none of it!! I had a bad experience awhile back with them delivering as well. I’d assume it’s the son delivered pizza to our residence. I had my neighbors son at the time 10 year old go meet the delivery driver and send him to our house because he pulled in the wrong yard! This guy has the audacity to everything but cuss this young man like he done something wrong!! Mama hen that I am overheard and was not thrilled and told him exactly how I felt about how he treated a child! I told myself then I was done with this place although I have gave in once or twice since that incident about 2 years ago. In that 2 years the prices went up quality went down and I’m not sure if they hurting for money but they straight robbed me tonight!!! Last 80 bucks they will ever get from me and once upon a time I ordered from them at least...

I am a frequent customer of this pizzeria since it first opened it's doors. Today I ordered a meatball hoagie and mozzerella sticks to be delivered to my work. I 0pened it up as soon as.it arrived only to find that the cheese sticks were burned and three were empty of cheese. I called to register a complaint. The person I spoke to was very rude. He first made excuses as to why I should accept the fact they were cooked improperly . Then he informed me that in order for him to make restitution to me I had to bring the defective cheese sticks back to him. I told him, i could not bring them back to him because I was at work. I had PAID to have them delivered my work!!! He let me know in no uncertain terms that he would neither make good on a new order for me nor record the incident so he could discount something for me at another time. My best friend i sometimes stop here on the way home from bargin foods. We get the lunch special. It is 9.00 for the small pizza with one topping and a drink. I added the salad and it was 12.00. That's alot of money for a lunch. I ate the salad before I realized that I hadn't taken a picture it. But, at least you can see what comes with it and the size of it. The crust on the pizza has no taste and very few pepperonis. I mean it's a convenient place to eat. I just wish the people that run it were nicer. I mean there are no smiles, no talking just short answers. Kinda feel like I am bothering them eating there. Shouldn't feel like that when i am spending 12.00 for lunch. 😐 only giving it 3 stars because it's convenient or it would only get 2 stars. You know how it is when your about to eat your hand your so... hungry. Just let's eat something I don't care...
