KFC — Restaurant in South Carolina

I've had many bad experiences at this KFC/Taco Bell with wait times, food being incorrect and even once they gave me something that wasn't even a thing on the menu! After today I will not be back. We waited over 45 minutes for our food, which half of our order we ended up asking for a refund because we were still waiting.

The pregnant girl in the drive thru window was helping herself to the Hawaiian punch from the fountain drinks. Which I don't really care about but not sure if they're supposed to be doing that.

I ordered a cantina chicken bowl, two cheese bean and rice burritos, and a chicken sandwich meal from the KFC menu. It took 30 minutes to get the chicken sandwich meal, then they told me they were out of rice so I said that's fine you can just put extra of everything else on my cantina bowl. A truck behind us ordered $105 (I know this because the girl in the drive thru was loudly complaining about it while I was at the window) worth of food and got everything they ordered before us.

The girl who had to deal with all the cars in the parking lot was sweet but this is no way to run a business. I ended up asking for a refund after we waited 45 minutes and they gave me a refund for the taco bell order, but I probably should have just asked for a full refund because the KFC order that we did get was bad. The chicken was undercooked and soggy and the fries were cold.

I ended up going to the Taco Bell in Anderson because I was really in the mood for TB. I hate that this establishment can't get its act together because it's closer, but I guess I'll just have to go elsewhere from now on.

The only reason I'm giving the service 2 stars is because the girl coming out to bring food to the cars was nice and...

My wife and I stopped in KFC for a quick meal on the way home after a long day. We noticed several people waiting in the dining area and a few looked very frustrated. We thought about going somewhere else but we were tired and ordered our food. After several minutes we watched one customer tell the staff he was leaving, not willing to wait any longer and not even requesting a refund. After at least 30 minutes we got our tacos and chicken fingers. The tacos had a little bit of meat and some shredded cheese that was scattered in the bag, shells broken in several pieces, obviously thrown together with total disregard. My wife ate her chicken fingers and I put the tacos where they belonged, in the trash. The staff was struggling to keep up (and they weren't) and although they were moving fast it was apparent their lack of direction had taken a toll on their efficiency. Every customer in the dining room was upset, some voicing frustration at the staff. I do not enjoy writing a review like this but this establishment needs immediate attention. Some restaurants continue to use under staffing as their excuse for poor service but they should remember who is responsible for staffing adequately and it is not the customer. We came in to eat today at this location, and we're met by rayshunn. He came to the counter high first of all, and he can only use one hand bc the other has to stay on his pants to hold them up. We ordered our food and told him what we wanted THREE different times bc he can't function. He then tells us we can only use a card unless we have exact change. We waited and waited for our food. While waiting another couple came in and he con inced them to use cash to pay. He then looked around and put the money in his pocket went into the office and payed for their food with a gift card. We got our food...which is wrong...I took it back up and he had the audacity to tell me that's not what I said when I ordered. I made him fix it and all the while he was talking smack saying we lying that's not what we ordered. Mind you we had to repeat the order three times at the beginning and he still messed it up. Another group comes in and pays in cash and he puts that money in the register. While we were there he messed up every single order that was placed. Why do yall hire people like this, and why is he pocketing money and calling customers liars. Yall have to do better at this location.
