Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in South Carolina

DO NOT, AND I AM SO SERIOUS WHEN I SAY DO NOT ORDER FOOD FOR DELIVERY THROUGH THIS TACO BELL!! I ordered through door dash and I paid right at $30 for literally ONE meal, a Doritos taco, and a two pack of the Cinnabon delights, and this was WITHOUT a delivery fee too! I very NICELY asked in the special instructions if I could have 6 hot sauce packets and asked if they would please not forget them bc I had another Taco Bell delivered through Uber eats a couple of weeks before and with my family of 4 they didn’t send ONE hot sauce packet, but since I knew it wasn’t this particular store I asked nicely for them to not leave them out. Well, when I got my food an HOUR later, bc it took them a good 20 minutes to even confirm the order, the food was COLD, it was literally THROWN in the bag, which is pictured here as well, they decided I guess to be smart about the hot sauce packets, that may I remind you I asked NICELY for SIX packets of hot sauce, and instead got about 40 packets of sauce and it was FIRE sauce at that, not HOT, and then to top things off they forgot my order of Cinnabon delights!! So, I paid $30 to pretty much have slop in a bag delivered to me and I know it wasn’t the dasher bc she had the bag taped shut and was very apologetic about it taking so long even though it wasn’t her fault bc I was watching on the DD app and she was there for a while just waiting and told me that no one would get her the order! I will NEVER order a delivery from this location, much less step foot in the store bc if they will throw your food in a bag like slop I don’t even want to know what that store looks like 🙄 and I also know for a fact that they weren’t busy enough to even halfway throw the order in the bag per the driver! So I ordered at 11:53am and didn’t get my order until 12:56pm from a store that is 5 miles down the road!! Management should be ashamed letting something like that leave their store! And judging from other reviews below it is a pretty common thing with this location! The sad part is I’m not even one to usually complain bc I work in the food industry myself and have for 12 years, but if I were to come into the store and throw the food in their face like they threw it in the bag I’m sure they would see why I’m PISSED! And also paying so much for food to not even get it part of the order and then have to take one bite and toss it bc it was so DISGUSTING 🤢 I BUST MY BUTT FOR MY MONEY AND WE ALL KNOW IT ISNT EASY TO COME BY THESE DAYS, so if you work at this location as management and you are reading this, I would LOVE to know how you would feel if you just lost out on $30 for only ONE meal and two SMALL extra items?!?!...

Where to start? So basically the name of the game is they take your order then make you pull up. I’m assuming this is because like many other fast food restaurants have a timer that starts when a car pulls up and stops once it pulls away. So by pulling you up it appears that they are handling orders in a timely manner. This I don’t know for fact just assuming. Corporate if you are reading this, I can assure you they are not. Picture this it was April 22 approximately 7:35 I pull up behind a pick up truck with a trailer. They give their order I do the same then after they pay they have to pull up and wait . The lady at the window then tells me to pull up. I said I don’t know if I can get around this truck because he is next to the curve. She said well you got to pull somewhere. I pull up a little and wait . Finally she comes out with a bunch of different order and the truck pulls away. So I pull into a parking spot. I wait and wait. Then what do you know but the truck is back and he pulls up behind me . It’s very clear he is not happy by the way he jerks his truck in. Hell knows no fury like a redneck in a pick up truck scorned… or something like that. The lady comes out and give me my food and ask can she do anything els for me. I said no. I thought what did you do but give me attitude and make me wait. Well I see the trucks steps pull out and out comes a man and he calls the lady over and you can tell he is not happy about his order and they walk back to the store together. I’m then left to try to pull out of a tight parking spot with a truck right behind. I hope the man in the truck got his taco problem handled. As for me I drove home and my taco tasted bad. I took a bit then threw it away. So incase you needed another review to make you want to steer clear of this Taco Bell ( like all the other negative reviews listed here) here’s my review. Man with the pick up truck.. if you are out there I hope you got your taco order fixed. I went there last night around 8 pm upon arriving I ordered my food the young guy at the window did not ask our drinks and just gave us random Pepsi. While at the window workers inside were screaming as I watching a younger lady jump over the counter at the front and everyone ran outside as the guy asks us to pull to a parking space all the worker except I think the manager an older man and a young guy stayed inside. The two workers proceeded to run around the building and we asked about our food he said”they’re working on it and the other worker says “NO THEY NOT” and laughs. I proceeded to walk inside with my spouse and found everyone cursing and yelling talking about one of the workers wanted to fight the manager. The manager was crying and the young girl who jumped over the counters mother and brother came in and began threatening the manager telling her “ and if I get my hands on you it will feel like you got jumped” still no one helping us and 2 other ppl come in for their food and ask for refunds. As we still wait the food the people that were yelling leave and the manager runs out to take pictures of their cars. The mother of the worker stops gets out of her car and approaches the manager and just so happens a police sled officer was there to stop any physical fight. Still haven’t gotten food or help. And the workers except the young Hispanic guy were more interested in the drama than doing work. Finally we got food it was threw in the bag some of my items were falling out the packaging and they gave us free food we didn’t order. I’m sure that was someone else’s. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant and I’m so happy my kids were not with me or anything worse happened and no one was physically hurt.
