We had a fantastic experience at Mancora Ceviche Bar. We ordered the Ceviche Boat, which included a wonderful selection of ceviches, causas, Jalea, and Leche de Tigre, all full of fresh, traditional flavors. The variety was impressive, offering a mix of different seafood and textures. The Jalea added a nice crispy touch, and the Leche de Tigre was perfectly tangy and refreshing.

I asked for a Jalea and all I got was fried fish and others. I think I got 2 sticks of fried yuca. If you Google Peruvian jalea, you will see that it comes with the marinated onions and others. There was no taste. Do NOT get the Jalea, I was surely not satisfied with this dish. We came down from Ocala for business, we had to wait to check into our Airbnb. We came to Mancora for lunch. We were greeted by Sandra who was very kind and accommodating.
