Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Pembroke Pines

Ordered Popeye's thru UberEats for delivery. They had a special going, buy 1 get 1 free, so we decided to try the Golden BBQ Bacon & Cheese Chicken Sandwich. Received our order & to our surprise, there was NO BACON on either sandwich! Barely any cheese...Why advertise a BACON & CHEESE chicken sandwich if you're not going to put ANY bacon on it & skimp on the cheese????? Receipt correctly stated what we had ordered. Tried calling the location 3 times & no one answers! Besides this MAJOR issue, the rest of the food was good, delivery on time & nicely packaged. But, since this sandwich was a deciding factor for us in choosing Popeye's for lunch (instead of going elsewhere) AND because we could get no resolution after TRYING TO CALL 3 times, we will not be ordering from them again. First, Popeyes I have been to in a long time that actually gives me spicy chicken when I ask for spicy and not regular chicken. The other Popeyes near me on 441 and on University never gives me spicy when I ask for spicy, one location barley speaks English, and the other one is rude, long lines, nasty, and instead of making the orders correctly, they always try to give you extra food to fix their mistakes, instead of fixing the staff. That is why I drive 15 minutes to the one located...

I FEEL ROBBED!!!! Worst experience ever! I spent $70 dollars on 3 combos and I only received 1 complete combo. I called several times and they never answered the phone. It is unbelievable that I spent more than $30 dollars on 2 incomplete combos and only got refunded $5 dollars. Where are the managers? I feel robbed!!!!
