Starbucks — Restaurant in Pembroke Pines

As a customer and shareholder I’m a little disappointed. I’ve started trying to get work done at this location and sometimes meet business partners or clients here. It would have a higher rating except for one employee who’s lost and thoughtless behavior seems to be tolerated. There is a male employee with red hair and a red beard that talks non-stop about things that aren’t work related at volume much higher than anyone else in the building. I don’t think I heard the voice of any of his other co-workers the entire time and I feel bad that they have to work with him. I tried to sit as far away from him as possible to talk business with an acquaintance and we could hear every word he says over our conversation, over every other human being in that store, over all the equipment being operated and beaten around, and over my earbuds when I was there by myself. We had to stop our conversation several times and we decided that Starbucks wasn’t a good place for our next meeting. While enjoying the Pizza that came from MOD'S next door, as my cousin and I contemplated on purchasing from starbucks we realized that the employees were entering and existing the facility without MASKS. We decided not to die from the spread of coronavirus. Instead we carried on with our journey and we are alive.

Do better people! This world is going through a crisis. Please be considered of others. I value life and so do many others. Now do better Starbucks and get these employees together. Horrible service. I never do reviews but I had to this time. Just left this place on 11/29/23 at 6:30pm, unfortunately I don't remember the name of the short girl that was at the register at the time. I placed my order around 6:00pm. She fulfilled the order of the person that payed after me who also just happened to work at the mall, and then she just kept walking around while I thought she was doing my order, then more people just started to come in and she just kept taking orders. Almost 20 minutes later my mom asked her where was our order, and finally she started to make our drinks after she obviously forgot about it, then gave us our order which was trash watered down drinks basically. You could also tell she got mad at us when the only thing we wanted was our drinks so that we could leave that place. Definitely not...
