My wife and i went here with our daughter a few weeks ago. We were expecting a lot given a few friends of mine really like this place and recommended it. The place is clean (it's a pretty new restaurant) and the menu is good as there is a lot of variety to choose from. The burger's taste did not impress me. They charge full service restaurant prices for sub-par tasting and overcooked meat. The optional fried cheese on the burger was delicious and probably the best thing we ate there. We ordered the sweet potato tater tots which were almost burnt (I can't imagine they always serve them this well done but the taste was still okay). I asked the girl at the counter for the apple butter dipping sauce that says on the menu next to the sweet potato tater tots "served with apple butter dipping sauce"….not showing a price as an extra add on. When I get my bill, they charge money for the sauce (less than $1 but it's not the amount but rather the pettiness to charge extra for a minute sized plastic cup of sauce for tater tots that cost almost $5 for a serving anyways). My though is just charge $.50 more and include the damn sauce. When I complained to the cashier all she could say was that's the way the register rings it up (REALLY, that's your best answer)? There are SO many burger places out today. Between Five Guys (which is in the same plaza), Beer & Burger Joint (which is one plaza away), Burger Fi and a lot more choices I would say that if you want to be different with the type of burger you eat then this place might be for you. However, if you want a great tasting burger, then I would recommend going elsewhere. I still can't believe the cashier's response when I asked her why the menu shows served with a side of sauce and they charged me extra for it. Not good customer service in my opinion. We will NOT be returning to Pincho...
Read morePincho Factory used to be one of my favorite places to have burgers and hotdogs. Back in 2018 and 2019, they used to have a larger and better menu. They have far fewer options which makes it a far less interesting restaurant. They also used to have a decent hotdog section that advertised the hotdogs as being kosher. There were 3-4 signature hotdogs including my favorites “fresco dog” and “cartel dog”. The hotdog meat used to be bigger than an average hotdog and were grilled to perfection. When mixed with the fresco sauce and veggies, it was absolutely fabulous. Now, Pincho’s hotdog section has 2 hotdogs… a regular hotdog with no toppings and the “pincho hotdog” which has 2 sauces, lame fries, pineapple bits, and apple-wood bacon bits. I don’t eat bacon so I asked them to leave it out. I’m saddened to say that the hotdog in the new Pincho hotdog signature is much smaller than the hotdog bun, and it didn’t taste like the slightly crispy yet soft hotdog like before. The old pincho factory labeled the hotdogs as being kosher, but the new menu makes no mention of it. Not everyone eats pork or bacon, so I was sad to see that their only signature hotdog had applewood bacon. The hotdog was about the same price as before, but Pincho factory does not take pride in their hotdogs anymore- it completely shows from the meager 2 hotdog options , size of the hotdog, and how its cooked. I could have went to publix and grilled some hotdogs myself, honestly. All I can say is that Pincho Factory is not what it used to be. They’re cutting corners in all the wrong areas to reduce costs- and in the process have wrecked what used to make them stand out. Bring back the old menu, and make the hotdog section decent...
Read moreI was in the Pembroke Pines area and decided to stop by Pincho for an early lunch. Since I live about 30 minutes away, I was glad to have the chance to dine in while I was nearby. I ordered a Pincho Burger, their classic, and even reiterated “the classic Pincho burger” when placing my order.
To my surprise, the person at the register rang up a classic chicken burger instead. At no point did I say “chicken,” and I’ve never ordered a chicken burger in my life. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize the mistake until I got home—and by then, it was too late.
I immediately called the restaurant to explain the situation and requested a refund over the phone, since returning wasn’t convenient for me. I was told refunds can’t be processed over the phone, which I understood, but I at least expected a store credit. Instead, I was informed that I’d have to bring the incorrect food item back in person to receive any form of replacement or credit.
This was incredibly frustrating—especially after explaining that I live 30 minutes away and had just made it home in heavy traffic. The lack of flexibility and unwillingness to make an exception for a clear mistake on their end was disappointing.
Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location, and I would not recommend it to others. The customer service was poor, and the staff could use better training in how to handle customer concerns with care and...
