When I first saw this place on Google all I saw were good reviews. Had I looked better I would have seen all the bad reviews and wouldn't have wasted my time. I surprised my little girl to spend a special day with her. We got all dressed up. As we walked in I noticed it was busy. I expected that. What was strange was there was no hostess station or any one to direct you as to what the seating etiquette is. Do you order at the register and find your own place? Do you give your name and wait to be seated? Who knows? Everyone one there avoids eye contact. They whiz's right by you and completely ignore you. So I step up to the register behind another woman and wait patiently. Again no one acknowledged our presence. Not a " someone will be with you shortly.." nothing . Like an idiot I stood there waiting for at least 3 minutes when another mother and daughter walked in. An employee promptly attends to her taking her name. After I approached her and said I have been waiting here and no one has told me where I should stand or asked for my name. Her answer was "it's okay". Well it wasn't okay with me. I was ignored and a person who came in after will now be seated before me. While this is going on, a male employee carrying a dirty plate away from a table was obviously frustrated with the cramped space muttered something rude to my daughter in Spanish as he walked by her. At that point we were on the list to be seated but my little girl was so uncomfortable she asked to leave and to be taken to IHOP instead. There is not enough pink in the world to make that place worth it. The employees suck. Which means the management if probably misserable. Get your act together or you will be just another place that has to close its doors because it has nothing els to offer but an Instagram shot you do once and...

Walking into Keik Bakeshop feels like stepping into a pink dreamscape — think French patisserie meets fairytale garden. If you love pink, this place is your Shangri-La. With its whimsical decor and faux cherry blossom tree arching overhead, it’s basically designed for the perfect Instagram moment.
The menu offers some delightful surprises, including an Austrian Pavlova — shoutout to my fellow Great British Bake Off fans who know the elegance and challenge of that dessert. While we didn’t try it this time, it’s on my list for next visit.
My partner and I went for breakfast options. I had the turkey Benedict, which I really enjoyed, though I do wish it had been a bit warmer — some elements are meant to be cold, but the balance could use a tweak. My partner went for the French toast, and let’s just say the portions are generous. Definitely come hungry.
To end the meal, I treated myself to a pistachio cookie filled with a luscious pistachio white chocolate cream (yes, it was as dreamy as it sounds) and paired it with a perfectly crafted cortadito. Pure bliss.
But honestly, neither the food nor the decor was the best part. That honor goes to Gabi, our server, who was warm, hilarious, and engaging from start to finish. I absolutely love when servers bring their personality into the experience — it makes everything feel more human, more memorable. Bantering with Gabi made the entire visit feel like catching up with an old friend.
In short: Keik Bakeshop delivers charm, flavor, and a dose of joy. Go for the aesthetics, stay for...
Read moreI’m reaching out regarding an unsatisfactory experience I had at your Pembroke Pines location during my niece’s birthday celebration. Despite trying on several occasions to connect with a manager about this matter, I have yet to receive a response. I feel compelled to share my concerns here before considering posting my experience publicly. I chose your establishment for this special occasion because of its beautiful ambiance, which I’ve always admired. However, the service and professionalism fell far below my expectations, especially compared to other locations I’ve visited, such as Coral Gables and Doral. Product Availability: Many items were unavailable, which was disappointing. While the waitress explained that accommodating us could impact other customers, I couldn’t help but feel this reflected poor planning. Beverage Quality: The chocolate milk tasted noticeably different—far worse—than at other locations. The pink latte I ordered had an unpleasant, soap-like taste. Service Standards: Unlike other locations, coffee cups didn’t come with small spoons, which we always appreciated for convenience and presentation. Food Service Timing: Our orders were served one by one, which left some of us waiting while others had already finished eating. It created a disjointed dining experience. Staff Visibility: Initially, it appeared there was only one person working, which seemed to explain the slow service. Later, a large number of staff appeared, leaving me confused about why the service was so...
