Subway — Restaurant in Pembroke Pines

I come here very often and I said I wasn’t going to write this but I am this subway is in Walmart by Pembroke lakes mall and I come here and have lunch on my break every other day and the food is good the customer service is terrible and I’m not the only one that feels this way one worker name Flo I think that’s her name has a very nasty attitude she’s there VERY OFTEN, she rushed me while I was trying to put in my order. I witness them also be rude to the Walmart associates because they so called were “disturbing other customers” when they weren’t they were just laughing. As I stated the subway is in Walmart they stated to the Walmart associates if “you didn’t buy food you need to get out” Ofcourse associates are going to sit in there on their break. A customer who also comes here on their lunch stated they reported to the manager about the same issue but no response. Only good thing I can say is the night crew with the young lady and gentleman have the upmost repeat...

I love me some Subway! The service is always efficient and fast when I go. I just wish that the employees would not talk over my sandwich when it's being customized. That's talking to each other. I don't mind them asking me questions pertaining to my food. That's usually my nit pick with any restaurant. Serve the customers than talk away. Or, at least not over my food.
