La Granja Pembroke Pines East — Restaurant in Pembroke Pines

Yesterday, as one of the many days when I was going to buy lunch for my family, was the last to visit that restaurant. I say last because I will never return and try to prevent the rest of my family and as many friends from visiting that place. I asked very politely for an additional glass of tartar sauce and the girl in charge answered me in a very bad way that no because they had already put me on it. When I got home, I was surprised by what they had packed for me. After a while I felt anger and frustration, I had ordered 4 mixed jellies and it seemed that they had prepared a meal on the run for some helpless person. They put so little in the containers and so poor quality ... I only found two shrimp per box, everything else was so little and so small, also the lettuce was spoiled and the cassava two pieces per box were so You could tell they were not fresh. Why do they deliver food that is being paid for of such poor quality, quantity, and presentation? I thought about going back and making a claim to them but my husband, seeing me so angry, prevented me from doing so. In conclusion: never will return to that place and hopefully one day the authorities...

My star rating for this location is between 3-4. I gave the highest because it is the closest to home cooked food in comparison to a burger or chicken joint. Tonight I haff the #6 filet fish 🐟with rice/ beans 🍚and plantains. It's a good portion for the price. The food is fresh and doesn't taste like it's been sitting under a lamp. I asked for more onions 🧅on the fish and they obliged. Thank you. I also ordered the chicken soup. Real pieces of chicken. I had the entire drumstick in the soup 🍗😉 with noodles, carrots and celery. Warmed me up just right. Good place for an alternative dinner when you don't feel like it or have time to cook. Next time I'll try the seafood soup. It looked so delicious. The service is always pleasant. The same guy at the register. He seems so patient when you're trying to order. I've eaten at another La Granja before and the food was salty. They are different so don't...

I went to this restaurant to eat some Peruvian food. When I was eating the customers next to my table started to spray some substance around their and mine table. My food and beverage got infected with that (unknown substance). I got this substance on my face. I spoke with the Manager of this restaurant, he said he does not care. I called the police, they suggested I sue "La Granja at Pembroke Pines". The Manager and the staff are very unprofessional. This employee did not even apologize to me. I hope this not happen again to some other customers in the future, the people in charge of this restaurant do not care what happen to the customers. Next time someone can puke , spit or spray some poison on my plate, but this manager does not care about it. Try to not go to this place, be careful. There are some other nice places around. I hope this franchise (La Granja) try to improve the service in the future, they should fire this unprofessional Manager, this guy does not protect people eating there. I will never go there again. I will tell all my friends and relatives to not go there.

Fui a este restaurante a comer algo de comida peruana. Cuando estaba comiendo, los clientes al lado de mi mesa comenzaron a rociar alguna sustancia alrededor de su mesa y la mía. Mi comida y bebida se infectaron con esa (sustancia desconocida). Tengo esta sustancia en mi cara. Hablé con el Gerente de este restaurante, dijo que no le importa. Llamé a la policía, me sugirieron que demandara a "La Granja en Pembroke Pines". El gerente y el personal son muy poco profesionales. Este empleado ni siquiera se disculpó conmigo. Espero que esto no vuelva a sucederle a otros clientes en el futuro, a las personas a cargo de este restaurante no les importa lo que les suceda a los comensales. La próxima vez alguien puede vomitar, escupir o rociar veneno en mi plato, pero a este gerente no le importa. Trate de no ir a este lugar, tenga cuidado. Hay algunos otros lugares agradables alrededor. Espero que esta franquicia (La Granja) intente mejorar el servicio en el futuro, deberían despedir a este gerente poco profesional, este empleado no protege a las personas que comen allí.
