I live around the area and wanted to try a new nail salon since my nail tech was moving, I came and did a walk in and the guy inside gave me a older lady with black hair named âJennyâ I informed Jenny that I didnât want the gel on my toes taken off with the drill I prefer a soak-off, after pleading with me informing me that drilling was better I decided to leave then she reassured me that she was going to use the soak-off method, when I got to the chair I sat down and she used a file with a red solution to remove the gel on my toes, I overlooked to see another tech taking the cuticles off the toes and when I informed Jenny I wanted it that way she yelled at me telling me she went over my cuticles twice, while painting my nails I still had polish leftover, and the shaping of my nails wasnât done right.. I also saw a friend of mines I havenât seen in years in the salon and had a conversation sitting down, Jenny came to me asking me to pay and I informed her I am going to pay and to allow me a minute, Iâm having a conversation, after her informing me to pay she just keep watching me and upon leaving I paid and tipped, never again have I ever received such bad service and it was my 1st time at...

My sister and I went together to get a mani pedi for the first time at this place bc our usual place had a long wait and they weren't taking walk ins. We found this place near by and completely regret going. Employees were nice but did a horrible job on BOTH of our nails. I did a gel mani and regular pedi ($60), my sister did regular for both ($50). Prices are way too high for the quality. Pedicures look horrible, he left my toes uneven one way longer than the other. He also barely did any cleaning or cut my cuticles. The paint job was SO bad... there's paint missing on the side and crooked toe nails. As for my gel manicure, it was also horrible. He also barely cut my cuticles and left all the fuzz at the edge of my nails after filing, instead of buffing it. I don't know why he didn't buff them because it was sooo noticeable. He also never compared my hands side by side to make sure they were even so some nails are different lengths and one of my thumbs is crooked. Overall, never going to this place again and you shouldn't either. As someone who's experienced in doing and painting my own nails WELL, I can tell you they did an...
Read moreWanted to try a new salon, but was extremely disappointed, I almost cried. The place is not nearly as clean or sanitary as a salon should be, especially after COVID. The pedicure was horrible. The tech used cold water, barely cleaned my cuticles and scrubbed/massage for all of 30 seconds on each foot/leg. She also left the lotion residue all over my legs and waited til the end to wipe it off with oil. The way she applied fill-ins and polish was horrifying to watch, going in every direction. Then before I got out of my chair she handed me off to another nail tech just so she could leave. He rushed through my full set and never spoke a word to me. There was also no clean up around the cuticles or edges and he slapped on thick short acrylic with gel polish in 30min. Total damage was $101.00 for nothing. I even tipped out of shock because they really thought they provided a service. Would never recommend. Clearly, they have their regulars, but this is one nail salon you can cross off your list in Pembroke Pines as âluxury.â I guess you get what...
