I had some stones sent heregor me to pick up. Unbeknownst that the company who gave me this option didnt have their permission. I had contacted blue hawk beads asking.if they had received them. This is when I found out the owner didnt approve of this and was upset. I explained that this was an aption the company.I bought from gave me to save alot on shipping costs. Which I thought was a good thing for the bead store because it brings in people who would probably buy stuff while there. Later I find out my shipment was sent and still heard nothing from BHB. Finally I called and asked again and the owner emails me and said she did get my.package that had my name on it but instead of calling me to let me know she took the best items out and took them to another store and sold them . Note the items she sold of mine were crystals. Nice ones. But she Said i could come get what was left. She was aware of the circumstances and ya I understand now that u dont want people using ur store as a drop off place but to steal my items and sell them . U could.of at least offered to reimburse me or give me store credit for those items.bad business om...
