So, I am giving this location a three out of five. Although the customer service voice through the drive-thru was helpful and courteous, it was the end result that made a mess in my car. So I ordered a five piece chicken nugget with medium buffalo sauce, small french fries and small drink. The man gave me my drink and I place it in my cup holder. A moment later he handed me a bag with the food and repeated my order which I was happy to hear about, I knew it was going to be accurate. I shut the bag on the seat beside me and was driving home for lunch, it's not that far away from the store. So I pull in the driveway I reach over to grab the bag and the bottom of the bag partially opened up pouring all sorts of sauce on my car seat I moved the bag over to my floor mat and it opened up and spilled everything out. There was a lot of buffalo sauce that poured out on the seat and on the floor, I am not sure if the Nugget box was put in on its side and everything spilled out, or what happened, all I know is that it made a mess and it was not edible at that point. Somebody suggestion to anyone that comes into this place in orders the chicken nuggets with a sauce, check the bag before you pull out so that you don't have a mess on your hands when you get home or to your office. As for the quality of the food, other locations offer good food and goods customer service. I'll go here again and see what happens so that I can report with food quality and taste.

The food is always good and the service is fast, however on my last visit here I had a coupon for a free sandwich with the purchase of a drink - from doing the survey on the back of the receipt - and the store would not accept it. They offered me a free $3 drink instead of the free $5.50 sandwich, but I only had enough money on me to cover the drink and a mozzarella stick (since I expected the sandwich to be free). The food was for my son who is an extremely picky eater and he had been looking forward to stopping there on our way home. The team members and management were incredibly unhelpful and after 5 minutes of arguing over why they were refusing to accept my valid coupon a woman in the store paid for my meal. I left with anxiety through the roof and super embarrassed that I wasn't able to just use the stupid coupon and pay for my own food for my child. While I am very grateful for this woman's help, it should not have taken the kindess of strangers to make this situation right.

I waited very patiently for the grand opening hype to subside. That stretch of road is already congested on a normal day let alone during a late grand opening for a much anticipated alternative to McDonald’s and Wendy’s. I bet the food can be hit or miss as the restaurant adapts to the demands. I went yesterday around 3 pm and hit a sweet spot. The parking (and exit) was tight but it wasn’t busy so I could zip in and out. I always go in. Everyone was hard at work and friendly. Could it be neater? Yes! But they get 5 stars for making it work after they have been slaughtered non stop for these past few weeks since opening. My food was fresh, hot, accurate and delicious. I really enjoyed my strawberry milkshake! The service was fast. I was in and out in about 5 min.

My husband took us as a family to go get Rally’s. It was our first time ever eating Rally’s/Checkers. We placed our order through the app about 3 minutes prior to arriving. Upon arriving, we noticed how cramped everything was. There’s only a handful of parking spaces and if the drive-thru has more than 3 vehicles, getting out of those spots is impossible. While we waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes, there were two different situations on people honking and yelling because they were trapped in their spot. Nothing serious though. We pull up to the window and tell them we placed an order on the app and what our name is. They ask what are name is. We tell them again. They repeat our name and asked if correct and we said yes. Then they said that we had to come in and get it. What? Why? (Our food is already bagged up and ready to go) Why can’t they go and grab the food and hand it out the window? Especially during a pandemic....but whatever. We don’t argue. We just say ok and go and park in the closest spot we can next to the street so we can easily get out. My husband parks, puts on his mask(because, ya know, a pandemic), and then goes in. About 5 minutes later he returns with our food and says that now he knows why the drive thru took so long. He said the individual taking orders wouldn’t get off their phone. They were swiping and typing while taking orders. In all honesty, we don’t get really mad about that. Fast food is made up of kids. So, what do you really expect? We take it home and notice that nothing is marked in any way whatsoever so we had to tear each sandwich open to see what was what. Again, not really a huge deal because we are all family and don’t mind sharing/touching food but meh 😑 Food was delicious though!!! And, even though the young employees were on their phone while taking care of guests, they...

Used to love Rally's when it was on North Side in the late 80s early 90s but the menu is different now so I wasn't sure what to expect. Fries were the same and they are some of my favorite of all time so that was great. Tried the boneless wings and the batter and coating were thick (in a good way) and almost made them seem like they were bone-in. Had the angry buffalo sauce and it was lightly coated in it. Good for some but I would prefer mine a bit more saucy. I'll request that next time. Ordered the low end bacon cheeseburger. Didn't come with bacon. First bite was underwhelming. Customer service made up for their mistake with a double cheeseburger with bacon. It was soo much better than the single patty and there was a ton of crumbled bacon that was cooked to perfection. I will definitely be back and know that the higher end burgers are where the flavor is, fries are top notch, customer service is great and I'll need to ask for extra sauce on the wings. 4 stars because it's fast food and can't compare equally to a place...
