Worst Domino's I've ever tried, for many reasons. Drivers don't bother reading instructions for delivery, going to wrong doors on the wrong side of the building, coming in from the wrong street. Twice (same driver). My last "successful" order took an hour, not because they were busy, but because they had no bread to make the sandwich I ordered and waited 35 minutes to call me and let me know this. No effort was made to make up for this failure in any way. Today, my attempt at ordering from this location took 45 minutes of trying just for me to cancel the whole thing. The website and app have apparently been malfunctioning for at least 3 days, or so I was informed by a store employee, so part way through the order the coupon you've selected is changed to something different. Then for extra fun the prices you are charged are incorrect for either coupon, charging more per item than either coupon stated. Calling the location directly is even worse. The employee who answered the phone was incapable of remembering more than one detail at a time. I say Philly Cheesesteak sandwich with extra meat and no mushrooms, she asks what I wanted none of. I say 8 mango habanero wings, she ask what flavor i wanted. I say Cheeseburger pizza with thin crust, she asks what kind of crust I wanted. Every item was the same way. After finally getting the order completed the new total was $10 higher than the already incorrect website total because they are apparently unable to properly enter coupons or modify prices to reflect those clearly stated on the website. Pizzas that should have been $8.99 were suddenly $13.99 and couldn't be changed.
UPDATE to 9 month old review: I was going to give this location a chance to redeem themselves until I saw they have resorted to adding ridiculous extra fees to delivery orders. They already had a $3.99 delivery fee, which isn't toooo unreasonable, but have now added $1 per item on top of that! If you order 3 items for delivery from the $5.99 mix and match coupon offer you will be charged an extra $3 for them PLUS the $3.99 delivery fee, so by the time you've paid the fees and a $5 tip your $18 food order has gone up to...

This can happen and I understand but what I don't understand is when I call in and ask for a refund why I was denied. The woman originally told me she would so I waited a week to get a gift card in the mail. Then I waited another week. After 2 weeks I called in and the same woman said she sent out the gift card like a couple days before I called.i waited another week. I called in a third time and this same woman answered and said she couldn't get the manager on the phone because they were "busy".like you just sent out food with body fluid in and on it... This could be a lawsuit. I kept my cool and left my name and number and asked to be called back. 8 hours later the store closes and I don't get a response so I call the franchise owner and he apologised quickly said that he assures it wasn't blood and it was printing ink. You have to be retarded to not know what blood looks like and I must be pretty confident if I called in complaining it. But we ironically found out on the phone the woman taking my calls for this month period WAS the manager... Talk about integrity issues. I hope she was fired because it was garbage. I was told I'd be receiving a Gift Card in the mail. after all this I would advise to NEVER order from the Baltimore...

I Usually never have a problem, but who ever was taking the phone calls did not know what she was doing, first off she said my new gift card was not valid and I had all the information she needed , then she proceeded to say corp. has been messing the gift cards up, she almost was not going to give me the money on the gift card, then she took the order wrong over the phone , never read the order back to us , when we called back she said we would be charged if they came out again. We did not order the pizza we ordered the sub and she tried arguing with us! Also you can not use a gift card if you want to order ahead of time , this is why our order was all screwed up !!
