Niche' bakery that recently opened in the old Pennington Hardware Store in the heart of Pennington, NJ. It's amazing to see the transformation from one to the other as a long-time patron of the old hardware store. This was something that this little town needs more of. When you walk in, it's clean and open, and the smell of fresh baked goods is wonderful. The staff is friendly and the display of goods is very simple and easy to see. You’ve won a customer for life! I couldn’t recommend this...

Can't believe with the size of their restaurant group that they can't get their hands on a bread slicer for a few months. I'm still reluctant to give them anything less than 5 stars, but it's still a disappointment...
