Dunkin' — Restaurant in Pennsauken Township

Today(5/30/2019 around 9:35ish-am)I had asked for a macchiato, I was forced to get a latte. I asked for caramel and I got a plain latte with just caramel drizzle on top. The Indian man in front completely ignored my existence. The guy with the red shirt and beard denied my coupon and made me a 80/20 ice latte with again, no caramel. When my coupon was for a macchiato. I overheard both men behind the counter mock me and I heard one say "f*CK your macchiato" and both started laughing. I have never been to a Dunkin with such atrocious service. I truly hope this Dunkin gets shut down. I HIGHLY suggest driving the extra mile or two to go the next nearest one if you want a drink or at least...

Stood at the counter for what seemed like five minutes patiently with no customer service whatsoever. Counter was empty and not an employee to be found (was tempted to steal the stuff from around the register out of spite). After hollering out "hello? Does anyone work here," like a Neanderthal, a small Indian woman finally waddled out from the back and just looked at me. Not a good day, how can I help you, or anything for that matter. If you're in a hurry and want a quick coffee, don't go to this Dunkin nor the one before it on the same side of rte.70W. This business would be wise to start perfecting on their customer service and appreciation or they will lose more customers... like me....

I parked in front of the store and placed an order for one cappuccino. The store was empty and it took 11 minutes to get it done. I watched a customer walk in, wait and leave because no one was there to take the order.
