I have a special needs son and a newborn. I go to Wendy's a couple times a week just so I can feed my boys. Financially. I'm the worst spot I've ever been, but every time I go into Wendy's everybody is more than sweet, and I always want me to come back.. They're always saying hello to my children, and this is where the story begins. Today I came into your restaurant because there was an error on my last order, and I was given the fine opportunity to meet Abib the manager on duty. When I explained that the mistake could happen, she immediately apologized to make everything right, but this is where the next step gets exciting. Exciting. She seen me come in several times with my boys, has always been pleasant and friendly, today when I told her what happened, it almost seemed like it happened to her. She took such good care of us that I don't know what I can say other than thank you for hiring such an amazing leader on your staff. I'm not giving the luxury of meeting many managers that genuinely care about the customer experience, today she blew me away, more than a little bit. The reason why I'm so grateful is not only did she replace the sandwich that was mistaken last week, but offered a discount on my purchase today which allowed me to for the first time in 2 days eat for myself.
I have to thank Wendy's for having reasonable prices, and incredible products that I can feed my family and trust what I'm feeding them. Like her are impossible to replace so I hope you take care of her because she deserves every minute of this acknowledgment. I hope this goes around your company letting people know that the heart of this company is revolved around customer service, all ages, all races, all abilities and disabilities. And for that I am eternally grateful, and you have earned a customer for life. I'm hoping that when my finances are better I can offer a thank you gift. Read moreI ordered a drink and a frosty, the cashier told me the cost and to go to the first window, someone was just pulling off. I get to the window, the cashier is busy doing something, I assumed that she was calculating something because she was bent over the counter and her fingers were moveing in a way that gave me that assumption. I lifted up in my seat to see, she was texting on a cell phone. I waited and waited, then I ask through her closed window "am I at the wrong window", she kept at the phone. I pulled off to the next window, & let them know that lady is on her phone, not paying attention so I don't know what window to be at. She came up and yelled you just pulled off, I said yes, you are on the phone not paying attention , she said to the manager that b_ _ ch just pulled off, I said No need to call me out my name and suggested to the manager to handle that, that lady kept on yelling practically threw my change...a penny in my and told me to have a nice day, I said if I was your Manger you wouldn't have a job. Out the speaker comes you gotta wait a minute. 😯 Oh ok no problem I say. I wait I place my out what kinda sauce what kind of say see it on the screen. Out the speaker and what's ya drink. I've said it already drpepper no ice. Ok. 🤔 Ok get to the window tell me the price ok can you scan this first. Takes the phone holds it hands it to its black ok when I hand it to you scan it. Ok no worries pay for my food which is kinda slung out the window Ok.
