Dunkin' — Restaurant in Pennsville Township

I ordered a latte with an added shot of espresso. But when I tasted it, I noticed that it didn’t taste like the added shot of espresso was in there. It tasted weak. And then I noticed that on top of my drink, there was a sticker that was exactly what I ordered, but underneath there was another sticker… I peeled off the top sticker, and I noticed that it was my exact drink without the added shot of espresso. So they made my latte… but someone forgot to put the added shot of espresso. So instead of dumping it out and making me the drink that I had ordered, they charged me anyway for the added shot of espresso and just slapped the ticket on top of my drink, even though it didn’t have the added shot of espresso.

They just printed out the sticker that said, added a shot of espresso. That’s stealing and dishonest. If someone orders a drink with an added shot of espresso, you can’t just print out a sticker that says, added a shot of espresso and put it on top of the drink that doesn’t have an added shot of espresso.

I am really surprised that they did this … so beware all your other customers, if your drink don’t taste right it’s because it’s not right. They were either lazy and didn’t feel like making a drink or they were stealing money and they do this all the time. I’ve noticed this has passed a couple times, but I’ve never checked to see if there was a second sticker on the bottom.

Dunkin’ Donuts, your employees definitely did this. Maybe it was a new employee that just put the sticker on top because they didn’t want to remake the drink for some reason because they’re new I don’t know but the fact is I ordered a caramel iced latte with an extra shot of espresso.. And what I thought was a caramel iced latte with no added shot of espresso, but a sticker put on it as if it did...

😡 The espresso machine at my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts where they make my double shot espresso with almond milk and pistachio flavor perfectly is down! The verdict is in, I will have to buy my own espresso machine. You’ve pushed me to it Dunkin. I’m lying I can’t do it! My espresso won’t be as good as yours I know it won’t!

There’s something else, since your machine has been down I’ve sought out others. I…. I….. I went to Starbucks, there I said it! But Starbucks was AWFUL. That green mermaid sippy cup meant nothing to me I swear! And yes, there’s another one I’ve also been galavanting around town with 7Brew espresso. I have to tell you 7Brew was good. If their shop was closer you’d be replaced! No, I didn’t mean that! I just said that out of anger! Please forgive me! PLEASE fix your espresso don’t become what McDonalds is to ice cream machines. I usually do not leave reviews but I felt this needed to be shared. Sunday late morning I went through the drive through. I ordered a hot coffee with cream and sugar and some donuts for my kids. I pulled off and noticed stuff under the lid of my coffee. I immediately opened it and noticed something was bad in the coffee. I drove back through the drive through to let them know something was bad that they put into the coffee, most likely the creamer. As you can see by the pictures it was not anywhere close to “normal” I pulled up and she started to tell me it was normal and it was the way they made the coffee and that’s why it looked like that etc. it was unacceptable as this could make people sick.
