Not good in my opinion unless you like your food served with attitude and poor service from management. What ever happened to the days when customer service was job #1. Especially in this day and age when a family of 4 or 5 spends $50+ on a pizza and wings and an order of fries. I have better places to support when service is poor. This HAD turned into our favorite cheese steak restaurant in the pennsville area. Then about a month ago, instead of getting fried peppers in my sandwich, I received pepperoni. I figured that this was probably an error that could easily have gotten misunderstood since they both would have pepp as an abbreviation for the order. However, due to time restraints, I couldn't replace the item at that time and 2 weeks later, I reminded the manager of the order and was told that they didn't have a record of the replacement request. Now on Dec 24th, I I ordered a sandwich to be picked up at a later time (@50 mins later) and was told ok and even repeated back to me at the end of the order. When finished, I realized my son would be picking up the order for me on his way here and called to pre-pay for the order. The owner (thick accented man) told me I couldn't get the sandwich in 50 mins because they would be closed. I expressed my disappointment and let the manager know that the person taking the order should have said that when ordering. The manager became indignant and kept saying over and over again, Merry Christmas, and then finally hung up. I spend approx $75 here a week but will NOT be supportive of any local business with customer service that is horrible. Read moreI would give 0 stars if that was an option. I’m a regular at this pizza place and was just treated with the utmost disrespect. Last night I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap from them and it tasted a little weird but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. I wake up the middle of the night with stomach cramps, nausea, vomiting, and (tmi) diarrhea. I’ve had food poisoning before- and this is exactly what that is. Now- I called them to make them aware that I may have gotten food poisoning from them (I didn’t eat literally anything else yesterday so that’s the only culprit) and I was immediately hit with the “I sell 50 worth of chicken breasts a day and have had no other complaints” ok, that’s great to hear but that still leaves possibility that my chicken wasn’t cooked thoroughly or I received just a bad piece of chicken. I wasn’t rude or anything even slightly in that manner the whole time. But the owners only response to me saying that maybe it wasn’t cooked right was “thanks for informing me.” And hung up. My turn over last night was all sauce when I hit extra cheese. And this can be on anything, a normal pizza , fries. You name it your basically paying extra to be scammed. I use to love this place, been going all my life for 27 years. And there’s a female lead? Idk who she is but she’s very rude ontop of it. Maybe I’m just going in on bad days where I don’t see the owner much anymore. He’d always be very welcoming and make sure things are done right. I usually order after 7 so maybe that has something to do with the quality dropping significantly.
